BIG Indie Games

Web3 gaming has spent years trying to attract mainstream players. Yet many projects still begin with the same barriers: wallets, tokens, complicated onboarding, speculative mechanics and unfamiliar terminology.
BIG Indie Games is taking a different approach.
Instead of asking players to understand Web3 before they can enjoy a game, BIG Indie Games is building accessible games for regular gaming audiences first. The strategy is based on a simple principle: a game should succeed because it is entertaining, polished and easy to play—not because users are required to buy a token.
This approach is already being put into practice with Dungeon Master Eggs, a Telegram-based creature-collection and adventure game designed to be played directly inside the Telegram app.

Dungeon Master Eggs removes many of the usual barriers associated with both traditional mobile games and Web3 products.
Players can open the game through Telegram, start playing and immediately enter its core progression loop. There is no separate launcher, complicated account-registration process or required crypto wallet.
The game focuses on collecting, hatching and developing creatures. Players can:

Hatch eggs with different rarity levels

Collect unique creatures

Train creatures to increase their strength

Send creatures on adventures

Earn gold, gems, experience and other rewards

Complete daily missions

Unlock additional incubator slots

Progress through increasingly difficult stages

Compete through leaderboard and progression systems

The experience is designed around familiar mobile and idle-game mechanics. Players gradually build stronger teams, unlock new content and improve their collection over time.
Dungeon Master Eggs can be played directly on Telegram through the official bot:

Revenue Without Forcing Crypto Into the Gameplay

Dungeon Master Eggs does not require players to purchase or interact with cryptocurrency.
Instead, the game uses conventional digital monetization mechanics that regular mobile players already understand. Optional purchases may include items such as premium currency, egg packs, incubator upgrades, cosmetic content and starter bundles.
Transactions can be processed through Telegram’s existing payment infrastructure, including Telegram Stars. This allows players to make in-game purchases without needing to leave Telegram or interact directly with a blockchain.
The model gives BIG Indie Games a path to generate revenue from real gaming activity rather than relying exclusively on token trading, market speculation or continuous fundraising.
That distinction is central to the studio’s wider strategy.
The objective is to build products capable of attracting players who may have no interest in crypto at all. A player does not need to know what $BIG is to enjoy Dungeon Master Eggs. They only need to enjoy collecting creatures, progressing through adventures and developing their team.

Using Gaming Revenue to Support the $BIG Ecosystem

BIG Indie Games plans to use part of the revenue generated across its games and related products to support the wider $BIG ecosystem.
One of the planned uses is the purchase of $BIG tokens from the open market through buy-backs.
This creates a model in which support for the token can be connected to revenue generated by playable products. Rather than making the token itself the central gameplay mechanic, BIG Indie Games aims to build games that generate external demand and revenue first.
As the studio releases more titles across platforms such as Telegram, mobile and PC, each successful product could contribute to the broader ecosystem.
The model can be summarized as:
Build games for regular players → generate gaming revenue → reinvest part of that revenue into development, marketing and $BIG buy-backs.
Buy-backs remain dependent on factors such as revenue, operational costs, development requirements and broader company decisions. However, the long-term goal is clear: create a stronger connection between the performance of BIG Indie Games’ products and the sustainability of the $BIG ecosystem.

Games First, Web3 Second

Many Web3 games are designed around a token before the gameplay itself has been proven.
BIG Indie Games is reversing that order.
The studio’s games are intended to stand on their own as entertainment products. Crypto integrations are not required for players to participate, and the success of a game is measured through player activity, retention, revenue and overall quality.
This gives BIG Indie Games access to a considerably larger audience. Instead of targeting only existing crypto users, the studio can market its games to Telegram users, mobile gamers, PC players and broader gaming communities.
The Web3 component operates behind the wider business model rather than sitting directly in front of the player.
This philosophy can be described as zero crypto friction: players receive a familiar gaming experience, while the studio can still use its revenue and ecosystem structure to create additional value around $BIG.

Building a Revenue-Driven Gaming Ecosystem

Dungeon Master Eggs represents an important step in the development of BIG Indie Games.
It demonstrates how the studio intends to combine accessible gameplay, familiar monetization and Web3-aligned economic activity without forcing blockchain mechanics into the user experience.
The longer-term ambition extends beyond a single Telegram game. BIG Indie Games is working toward a portfolio of games across Telegram, Android, iOS and PC, with the possibility of expanding to additional platforms in the future.
Each game is intended to become its own product, attract its own audience and generate its own revenue stream. Together, these products can contribute to the growth of the studio and the wider $BIG ecosystem.
Web3 gaming does not necessarily need more complicated blockchain mechanics. It needs better games, easier onboarding and sustainable sources of revenue.
By targeting regular gamers first, BIG Indie Games is betting that the strongest way to grow a Web3 ecosystem is to build products that people genuinely want to play!
