The moment fear cracks, the wallets that were ready move first, and everyone else spends the rest of the cycle catching up. The cryptocurrency news on July 2 delivered exactly that kind of break. BITCOIN jumped above $61,000 after Fed Chair Kevin Warsh said inflation risks had calmed, and the total crypto market cap added nearly $50 billion in roughly 90 minutes. Large caps showed signs of life for the first time in weeks. But the wallets that have been quietly building positions during the fear never stopped, and PEPETO kept stacking demand on its own terms. A former Binance expert built it with PepetoSwap and a risk scorer, and the project passed $10.27M in presale capital while the broader market was still deciding whether to panic or buy.

You do not see the entire market snap back $50 billion in 90 minutes unless something structural just shifted. The crypto market ripped higher on July 2 after Fed Chair Warsh said at the ECB Forum in Sintra that inflation risks had eased, according to CoinDesk. BITCOIN climbed above $61,000, ETHEREUM rose nearly 7 percent, and SOLANA gained over 6 percent in a single session. CoinPedia reported the total market cap pushed above $2.1 trillion, one of the strongest recoveries in weeks. That move came after June's brutal selloff that dragged BTC to a 21-month low near $58,000. A bounce that fast across every major token is what cycle bottoms look like from the inside.

Why PEPETO Is Stacking Capital While the Market Rebuilds

Demand does not wait for sentiment to catch up, it moves first. More than $10.27M already sits in the Pepeto presale, and each stage closes faster than the one before as the expected Binance listing draws closer. The current entry stands at $0.0000001877, and every new round pushes that number higher, so buyers locking in today secure the cheapest entry still available. A former Binance expert built the project. SolidProof completed the audit. Thousands of wallets committed capital well before any exchange opens the pair, and that scale of demand during a market-wide selloff is not speculation. That is proof the market has already done the math.

That proven demand is why the infrastructure carries weight no other presale can match right now. PepetoSwap charges zero fees on every trade, and the risk scorer lets buyers check any token before committing funds, a tool that almost never exists at the presale level. A 420 trillion token supply powers 170% APY staking that compounds every position daily while the presale window remains open. The presale price is the floor the listing converts into permanent history. The ground floor available right now is the cheapest this token will ever trade, and every stage that closes pushes the next one higher. That is not a forecast. That is the structure.

XRP Watches the CLARITY Act as the $1 Floor Gets Tested

XRP sits near $1.04 in early July after sliding about 20 percent through June. The CLARITY Act missed the July 4 signing target and now faces a late July Senate vote at the earliest. Spot XRP ETFs have pulled in about $1.48 billion since launch, keeping a floor under the token even as the chart stays weak. July is make-or-break for XRP, and the $1 support line separates a bounce from another leg lower. Real backing stuck waiting on a vote someone else schedules is a trade XRP holders know all too well.

CARDANO Eyes the Van Rossem Hard Fork and Midnight Launch

ADA trades near $0.28 and keeps building through the bear with two major upgrades on the calendar. The Van Rossem hard fork and Leios upgrade both target 2026 and aim to push transaction speed and capacity higher. Midnight's federated mainnet went live combining privacy features with regulatory compliance on a public chain. ADA remains one of the busiest development chains in crypto, but the price has not caught up with the code. Strong builders on a quiet chart is a story the ADA community has lived through more than once.

Conclusion

XRP waits for the Senate. ADA waits for the market to notice the upgrades. Both depend on timelines someone else controls. PEPETO stacked more than $10.27M during the fear cycle that crushed those charts, and that demand during panic is the signal that separates the wallets that collect from the wallets that watch. The expected Binance listing is ahead, and the presale price that exists today will not survive it. The stage that is open now closes at listing. The buyers who enter today are the names the rest of this cycle talks about.
