The platform just confirmed something users weren't expecting this week. If you've spent the last two years farming gems, completing missions, or grinding daily quiz streaks inside the app, this directly affects whether you can ever touch those assets again.
Here's what most reports aren't telling you about the exact backup window — and what it means for the project's roadmap heading into 2026.

Xenea Wallet Service Shutdown: What Was Announced

The platform has confirmed that its official mobile wallet will be discontinued in the near future. Once the shutdown takes effect, users will no longer be able to log in to the app at all.
This is the core piece of Xenea wallet news circulating right now, and it's forcing a wave of users to act before access disappears for good.
The good news: assets aren't lost. It has been confirmed that anyone holding funds on Fundscan can still reach them afterward — but only by exporting the private key first and importing it into an EVM-compatible such as MetaMask.

Why the Xenea Wallet Update Matters for Users

This update isn't just a routine maintenance notice. The platform has functioned as the entry point for the project's gem-and-point mining system, built around a Proof-of-Distribution (PoD) mechanism, seasonal missions, and a voting-based node structure layered on top of an EVM Layer 1 chain focused on AI data governance and decentralized storage.
For users who've farmed gems across multiple seasons expecting future rewards, a Xenea wallet shutdown without a clear reward-conversion explanation is exactly the kind of move that triggers scrutiny — and the community reaction so far has leaned frustrated, with many demanding more clarity on what happens to accumulated points.

Key Details: How to Back Up Your Xenea Wallet Private Key

If you hold a private key, the backup process is short but must be done per wallets:

Log in to XENE and tap the "∨" icon on the right.

Tap "Manage Your Addresses."

Select the wallets whose key you want to export.

Tap "Private key" and follow the on-screen steps to store it securely.

If you manage multiple wallets, repeat this for each address individually — there's no bulk-export option described in the official guide. Once exported, that key can be imported into MetaMask or another EVM-compatible wallets, preserving access to whatever balance sits in that address.

Xenea Daily Quiz Ended — What It Signals

Alongside the shutdown notice, it also confirmed that the Xenea Wallet Daily Quiz and Daily Rewards program officially ended on June 30. The daily quiz had run for extended seasons, and the team thanked participants directly in its announcement.
Taken together, the Xenea quiz shutdown and the wallet discontinuation notice landing in the same window is not a coincidence — it points to a broader restructuring of how the app-side engagement layer works going forward.

Xenea Roadmap 2026: What the Wallet Was Originally Meant to Do

Here's where the shutdown starts to look bigger than a routine app update. Its own documentation laid out a four-phase rollout — a plan the shutdown now interrupts before it could play out:

Phase 1 (at mainnet launch): Mining begins on a limited number of node servers.

Phase 2: Voting mining pools go live on node servers, with users able to connect wallets like MetaMask to participate.

Phase 3: It is released to the public, with automatic connection to the mining pool on import.

Phase 4: A fully decentralized ships, removing the need to store a private key at all — built on patented key-splitting technology (Patent No. 2019-052099).

That original plan is exactly why the shutdown notice is catching people off guard. The users are being told to export and self-custody their private key right now — the opposite of what Phase 4 was meant to deliver, which removes private key storage entirely. Whether this shutdown is a step toward those eventual decentralized wallets or a separate restructuring hasn't been spelled out yet.
The public testnet, known as Ubusuna, remains active separately from the app, and the project has pointed to a mainnet launch and TGE (Token Generation Event) targeted for Q3–Q4 2026 — the same window Phase 1 of the original roadmap was tied to.
But with the wallet itself shutting down, some of the details traders search for most — a specific Xenea Token price, an official Xenea Airdrop, a confirmed listing date, or a public Xenea faucet — remain unannounced, and it's unclear how (or if) they connect to app that's being discontinued. Anyone seeing claims about a fixed launch price or guaranteed airdrop allocation right now should treat that as unconfirmed until it comes directly from our channels.
Conclusion
The shutdown puts a hard deadline on a simple action: back up your private key before login access disappears. The Daily Quiz has already wound down, and the bigger roadmap — testnet, mainnet, and TGE — is still unfolding through 2026.
Until it confirms Xenea Wallet Listing Date, pricing, and specifics directly, the safest move for holders is securing keys now and watching official channels for the next update.
