Binance has added OpenGradient (OPG) to its HODLer Airdrops program, giving eligible BNB holders access to a new token distribution event on the exchange.
The addition was confirmed through a Binance support announcement, marking OPG as the latest project to join the platform's airdrop initiative. An OPG/USDT trading pair is now available on Binance's spot market.

This article covers the airdrop addition event specifically, not a full profile of the OpenGradient project. OpenGradient has also set up a dedicated airdrop registration portal for participants.
What the HODLer Airdrops addition means for BNB holders

Binance HODLer Airdrops reward users who subscribe their BNB to Simple Earn products. When a new token like OPG is added to the program, eligible users may receive token allocations based on historical BNB holdings during a snapshot period. For related coverage, see Brazilian Public Company OranjeBTC Buys 74 BTC for $4.9 Million.
The key distinction for users right now is between what has been confirmed and what remains pending. The addition of OPG to the program and the availability of spot trading are confirmed. Specific eligibility snapshot dates, per-user allocation sizes, and exact distribution timelines should be verified through official Binance announcement pages. Binance users who hold BNB in supported earn products are the primary audience for this update. Those not currently subscribed to Simple Earn should review Binance's program requirements before assuming eligibility. The exchange has been expanding its airdrop offerings alongside other platform updates, including a recently announced COIN-M system upgrade scheduled for June 30, 2026.

Key details to monitor after the OPG airdrop update

Users should watch for several follow-up items in the coming days. Distribution timing, the claiming process, and any holding requirements will determine how participants actually receive their OPG tokens.
A practical checklist for readers:

Check Binance's official announcement page for confirmed snapshot and distribution dates.

Verify BNB subscription status in Simple Earn products.

Monitor the OPG/USDT trading pair for initial price discovery after distribution begins.

As with other exchange-based airdrop programs, all operational details should come directly from Binance's official support channels. Third-party claims about allocation amounts or guaranteed returns are not confirmed by the announcement. Other major exchanges have also been active with new listings recently, as seen when OKX listed TAO on its spot market to expand trading options.
