16 days.
That is the window left inside the Mirex Network presale before the $1.92 entry price disappears permanently. No extensions have been announced. No second round is planned.
July 15 is the hard close, and the allocation sitting behind it is 333,333 MRX against a $640,000 hard cap.
The Mirex Network price prediction conversation has shifted in the last week. It is no longer about whether the project is real; the OVHcloud accelerator participation, CertiK audit, and FINMA-regulated Swiss entity behind it have answered that.
The question now is simpler. What does $MRX actually do when it hits the open market on August 1?

Why Is Mirex Network Presale Closing Date Actually a Hard Deadline?

Most crypto presales have soft deadlines. Teams extend. Caps get adjusted. "Closing soon" turns into another two weeks without warning.
Mirex Network has not operated that way. The July 15 close date has been public since before the presale opened. The hard cap is $640,000. The token allocation is fixed at 333,333 MRX. None of these numbers have moved.
Once the cap fills or July 15 arrives, whichever comes first, the presale ends. The $1.92 price goes with it. There is no mechanism to buy at this price post-close.
For buyers still evaluating, the 14-day refund window changes the risk equation somewhat. Purchase before July 15, assess the project for two weeks, and exit if something shifts. That option disappears on the close date too.

The no-vesting structure is worth understanding properly. Most presale tokens lock buyers out of their allocation for months after TGE cliff periods, monthly drip schedules, and the full mechanism.
Mirex Network removes all of that. Full allocation releases on August 1 at TGE. No cliff, no wait.

What Is Mirex Network Actually Building, and Why Does It Matter for the $MRX Price?

Switzerland-based, FINMA-regulated entity in Zug, Crypto Valley, the most respected blockchain jurisdiction in Europe. Built on the MRX-20 blockchain specifically for real-world asset tokenization.
The model is not complicated. Real companies get tokenized on the $MRX chain. Token holders participate in ownership and receive a share of actual business revenue through smart contracts.
Not staking emissions. Not liquidity mining rewards. Revenue distribution from real business activity.
AWS, Cloudflare, and BSCScan are among confirmed infrastructure partners. CertiK audit is complete. The COO Joshua Elder spoke at the OVHcloud Paris summit last year the project was one of 16 selected for the OVHcloud Blockchain Accelerator program.
4 million downloads across the wider Mirex platform before a single $MRX token has traded publicly. That user base already exists. It is not a whitepaper projection.
This matters for the MRX price prediction because the demand side of the equation is not being built from scratch post-listing.

How Does the OVHcloud Accelerator Add to Mirex Network Credibility?

This is the detail that gets mentioned briefly in most coverage but never properly unpacked.
OVHcloud is one of Europe's largest cloud infrastructure providers. Their blockchain accelerator program selected 16 projects from a competitive pool. Mirex Network was one of them.
Getting into that program is not a marketing milestone. It requires technical review, business model evaluation, and compliance assessment.
A Swiss RWA tokenization project does not pass that process on the strength of a whitepaper alone.
COO Joshua Elder presenting the Mirex case study at the Paris summit adds another layer. Institutional tech partners do not feature projects at public summits unless there is substance behind the collaboration worth highlighting.
For buyers comparing Mirex Network against other presale tokens in the same window, this is the kind of third-party validation that is genuinely difficult to manufacture.

What Is the $MRX Token Price Prediction for TGE and Beyond?

No live $MRX trading data exists. These figures are analyst estimates based on verified presale structure, tokenomics, FINMA regulatory status, OVHcloud partnership, and comparable RWA token launches. Not financial advice.

Bear case plays out if the broader crypto market turns risk-off through August and the CEX listing on September 1 lands on a thin-volume platform.
Even solid fundamentals struggle to hold price when macro sentiment flips against small-cap tokens.
Base case of $5 to $8 year-end requires the CEX listing to be a recognizable platform, FINMA compliance milestones staying on schedule, and at least one RWA tokenization partnership going live on the MRX-20 chain before Q4 2026.
Bull case above $12 needs a Tier-1 exchange confirmation.
The tight TGE float helps here; only 2,000,000 MRX enter circulation on August 1 against a community that already crashed the launchpad infrastructure on presale day one.

What Key Levels Should MRX Traders Watch at TGE?

Support on listing day sits at $1.50 to $1.92 that range covers the presale cost basis floor where most buyers entered.
A clean hold above $1.92 on TGE day would signal strong early demand relative to supply.
First resistance clusters around $2.50 to $3.50, where early profit-taking tends to appear on fair launch tokens with no vesting. Buyers who entered early have full allocation from minute one; some will sell into strength.
A close above $4.00 with real volume on day one confirms the base trajectory is intact.
Sustained selling below $1.20 within 48 hours of TGE is the invalidation level for both base and bull cases.

Expert View

CoinGabbar analysts tracking the Mirex Network presale note that the combination of a FINMA-regulated issuing entity, CertiK-audited contracts, zero vesting, a 14-day refund window, and OVHcloud accelerator backing puts this project in a category that genuinely stands apart from most fair launch tokens in the current cycle.
Most projects bring one or two of these credentials. $MRX brings all of them into a single presale structure with confirmed dates: TGE on August 1 and CEX listing on September 1, already on record before the raise closes.
The Mirex Network price prediction outcome at TGE depends heavily on which exchange confirms for September 1 and how the RWA tokenization pipeline develops between now and Q4 2026.
With 16 days left at $1.92 and no vesting on the other side, the risk structure here is different from most presale tokens buyers are evaluating right now.
