Zoomex has launched a World Cup prediction market campaign that lets users predict match outcomes and earn crypto rewards, combining sports engagement with digital asset incentives ahead of the 2026 FIFA World Cup.

What Zoomex announced with its Champions Carnival

The crypto derivatives exchange unveiled its "Champions Carnival" promotion through a dedicated campaign announcement, positioning the event as a prediction-market-style experience tied to World Cup matches. Users can access the campaign through a purpose-built landing page on the Zoomex platform.

The promotion appears to offer multiple reward tiers, including crypto prizes and live match tickets, according to a Bitcoin.com report on the campaign. Specific prize values, token denominations, and eligibility restrictions have not been independently confirmed at the time of publication.

How the prediction campaign works for users

Based on available campaign materials, the Champions Carnival follows a straightforward participation model. Users make predictions on World Cup match outcomes through the Zoomex platform, with correct predictions qualifying them for crypto rewards.

The reward structure reportedly includes multiple tiers beyond basic crypto payouts. Live match tickets appear to be part of the prize pool, though the exact allocation method, geographic availability, and minimum participation requirements remain unverified.

Zoomex promoted the campaign through its official X account, directing followers to the dedicated campaign page. The promotion targets the exchange's existing user base while using the World Cup as an acquisition tool for new registrations.

Why this matters for crypto exchange marketing

The Champions Carnival fits a pattern of crypto exchanges using major sporting events to drive user engagement. World Cup campaigns offer exchanges a way to attract attention from audiences who may not follow crypto markets daily but are actively engaged with sports content.

For Zoomex, the prediction market format serves a dual purpose. It introduces users to the mechanics of speculative positioning, a core feature of derivatives trading, while wrapping the experience in a familiar sports context.

The campaign also arrives during a period of heightened regulatory attention to crypto marketing practices. As U.S. regulators work through stablecoin frameworks under the GENIUS Act, exchanges operating outside U.S. jurisdiction continue to experiment with promotional strategies that blend entertainment and trading. Meanwhile, traditional finance firms like those tracked by ARK Invest are actively repositioning their crypto exchange holdings, underscoring how competitive the exchange landscape has become.
