The move comes as on-chain activity across the Aave ecosystem shows renewed signs of growth, with deposits rising and stablecoin supply recovering from recent lows.</p><p class="wp-block-paragraph">It’s not often that price action and protocol fundamentals start moving in the same direction. Looking further back, deposits have surged <a href="https://aavescan.com/protocol/aave-v4" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">dramatically</a> from a three-month low of just $3.45 million.</p><p class="wp-block-paragraph">Those figures suggest capital is steadily flowing back into the protocol despite broader market volatility.</p><h2 id="h-stablecoin-activity-signals-demand-recovery" class="wp-block-heading">Stablecoin Activity Signals Demand Recovery</h2><p class="wp-block-paragraph">Another important trend is emerging inside the lending market.</p><p class="wp-block-paragraph">Total stablecoins supplied on Aave previously reached a three-month high of $16.29 billion before falling sharply.
