By mid-trading session, the stock maintained gains of approximately 19%, pushing year-to-date returns to an impressive 262%.
The semiconductor company took part in NVIDIA’s Partner Ceremony held on May 29th at Taipei’s Nangang Exhibition Center, aligning with ecosystem collaborators dedicated to developing next-generation AI data centers utilizing 800 VDC rack architectures.
The major unveiling occurred during COMPUTEX 2026, taking place from June 2nd to 5th in Taipei, where Navitas presented its 800V-to-6V DC-DC power delivery solution at NVIDIA’s AI Factory MGX Ecosystem Showcase.
This innovative board eliminates the conventional 48V intermediate bus converter stage typically found in compute server trays—a strategic engineering decision that enables more compact and efficient server configurations.

Technical Specifications of the Power Board

The power delivery solution incorporates 16 GaNFast FETs with 650V ratings and 11 mOhms resistance. The system delivers 97.5% peak efficiency, operates at a 1 MHz switching frequency, and attains a remarkable power density of 2,100 W/in³.
To put the dimensions in perspective: the board’s thickness measures approximately 20% less than a standard mobile phone. This represents a significant advantage in settings where rack space optimization and thermal management remain persistent challenges.

According to CEO Chris Allexandre, power delivery has emerged as “one of the most critical challenges in enabling next-generation gigawatt AI factories” as AI computing demands continue their upward trajectory.
