Twenty Tokens Cut From Binance Alpha

@BinanceWallet has removed 20 tokens from Binance Alpha, effective May 14, 2026 at 6:00 UTC. Projects removed include PRAI, COMMON, PINGPONG, TAKER, KLINK, CORL, ZKWASM, and ECHO.Also affected are JANITOR, GATA, SWTTCH, ARIAIP, LONG, GORILLA, LITKEY, FIR, GM, DELABS, DONKEY, and WHY.

The move does not constitute a full delisting. The tokens will simply be removed from Binance Alpha's featured projects list. Users will still be able to withdraw or sell their holdings after the removal takes effect.

What Binance Alpha Removal Means for Holders

Binance Alpha is a curated pre-listing pool that highlights promising new projects with growth potential in the Web3 ecosystem before they may be considered for full exchange listing. Being cut from that list carries real consequences for visibility. Analysts note that such decisions can reduce the visibility of these tokens, putting pressure on short-term trading volumes and price performance.

Binance Alpha has become one of the most closely watched gateways for early-stage crypto projects, and in 2026 the platform has placed increasing emphasis on quality over hype. The latest purge appears consistent with that direction. Market observers say the move demonstrates the growing importance of quality control mechanisms across the crypto ecosystem.

For holders of the affected tokens, the key near-term consideration is straightforward: positions can still be exited via sale or withdrawal, but reduced platform prominence may weigh on liquidity in the days ahead.
