REAL Finance has begun final preparations for its token generation event, scheduled to take place within the coming weeks. The launch will introduce the native asset that will operate at the center of the network's infrastructure for tokenized finance, anchoring its onchain framework for real-world assets.
The TGE arrives on the back of a $25 million capital commitment from Nimbus Capital, a private alternative investment group that connects emerging digital economies with institutional capital markets. That funding laid the groundwork for what both sides describe as an ongoing strategic partnership, with the broader objective of building compliant, transparent, and secure infrastructure for tokenized finance.
Nimbus Capital operates across blockchain technologies and digital asset partnerships, with a focus on cross-border transactions. The firm is backed by In On Capital, a boutique wealth management company that manages more than $1.4 billion in assets and provides liquidity and structured financing solutions to high-growth companies internationally. That institutional grounding sits closely alongside REAL Finance's own ambitions to scale its infrastructure across global financial markets.
Within its first year, REAL Finance is targeting the tokenization of $500 million in real-world assets, a figure that sets the pace for its near-term roadmap. The capital from Nimbus is intended to support that scaling effort across several fronts: strengthening relationships with banks and capital markets participants, accelerating the onboarding of financial institutions into regulated onchain environments, and continuing development of frameworks for tokenization, risk management, and asset protection.
Nimbus is contributing more than money to the relationship. The firm is providing strategic guidance, infrastructure-level input, and access to its institutional network, with continued involvement in infrastructure planning, positioning with institutional players, and broader ecosystem development. For Nimbus, the arrangement offers exposure to a blockchain ecosystem built specifically around the meeting point of traditional finance and decentralized infrastructure.
Both parties have framed the partnership as reflective of a wider shift, with tokenization moving from experimental territory into a strategic priority for financial institutions. That shift, they argue, demands infrastructure capable of meeting regulatory and operational standards, rather than retrofitting existing systems to do the job.
The collaboration is structured to evolve rather than conclude with the token launch. REAL Finance and Nimbus continue to work together on institutional outreach, infrastructure decisions, and long-term network strategy, an arrangement that positions the relationship as a structural part of how REAL approaches adoption at scale as it heads toward the launch of its native token.
REAL is a Layer 1 blockchain built to bring institutional-grade real-world assets into the digital economy. Its business-integrated consensus model, risk classification framework, and decentralized governance allow institutions to tokenize, insure, and manage assets onchain. Nimbus Capital, for its part, provides strategic capital and institutional expertise to support infrastructure development across the global digital economy.
