Bitget has launched its UEX Switch Campaign, a structured migration initiative designed to attract traders from competing platforms by offering incentives and expanded access to its spot and derivatives trading products.

The campaign targets both existing Bitget users and those currently trading on rival exchanges, positioning the move as a gateway to broader market access. Bitget framed the initiative as an opportunity for traders to "embrace more trading opportunities," signaling that participants may unlock product tiers or fee advantages not available through standard registration.

What Is Bitget's UEX Switch Campaign?

The UEX Switch Campaign is a user-acquisition drive that encourages traders on other centralized exchanges to migrate their activity to Bitget. "UEX" refers to the concept of a unified exchange experience, where users consolidate spot trading, derivatives, and copy trading under a single platform, according to reporting from Invezz.

Bitget's stated goal is to reduce friction for traders who currently split activity across multiple venues. The campaign promotes a single onboarding flow that grants switchers access to Bitget's full product suite, including futures, margin trading, and its flagship copy-trading feature.

The initiative comes at a time when centralized exchanges are aggressively competing for market share. Similar to how Binance recently issued warnings about market maker risks, Bitget is positioning itself as a transparent alternative for retail traders seeking consolidated access.

How to Join and What Trading Opportunities Are on Offer

While full campaign terms are detailed on Bitget's official campaign page, the structure follows a tiered reward model common in exchange migration programs.

Eligibility and Sign-Up

Participants are expected to complete identity verification (KYC) and demonstrate prior trading activity on a competing exchange. Switch campaigns in crypto typically require proof of account history or trading volume on a rival platform to qualify for enhanced rewards.

Reward Structure

Eligible switchers can earn up to $5,000 USDT in rewards, distributed across deposit milestones and trading volume targets. Reward tiers scale with the size of assets migrated and the volume of trades executed within the campaign window.

Trading Features Highlighted

The campaign spotlights Bitget's derivatives offerings and copy-trading tools, which allow less experienced traders to mirror the positions of top-performing users. The exchange also promotes access to over 800 trading pairs across spot and futures markets.

Traders exploring portfolio diversification beyond crypto may find context in how altcoin ETFs have recently attracted inflows even as Bitcoin ETF products saw outflows, reflecting shifting appetite across asset classes.

Bitget's Expanding Footprint in the Global Crypto Exchange Market

Bitget has grown into one of the top-five crypto derivatives exchanges by volume, serving over 45 million registered users in more than 100 countries. The exchange has invested heavily in user-acquisition campaigns throughout 2025 and into 2026, rolling out region-specific promotions targeting Latin America, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East.

The UEX Switch Campaign fits a broader pattern of exchanges competing for user loyalty through structured incentive programs. With trading fee compression squeezing margins industry-wide, platforms like Bitget are betting that onboarding incentives will drive long-term retention and volume growth.

As macroeconomic shifts reshape global capital flows, crypto exchanges are positioning themselves as multi-asset gateways rather than niche trading venues. Bitget's campaign language around "global markets" suggests the exchange may be laying groundwork for product expansion beyond pure crypto into tokenized equities or commodities.

Traders considering the switch should review the full campaign terms, fee schedules, and withdrawal policies on Bitget's official site before committing funds to any new platform.
