The Digital Transformation Forum 2025 was not just another industry gathering — it marked Ni28’s official infrastructure announcement and ecosystem milestone launch.
Held in Kuala Lumpur, the forum brought together ecosystem participants, builders, and community representatives from multiple countries across Asia and beyond, creating a rare moment where traditional industries, digital infrastructure, and Web3 communities converged in the same room.
For many in attendance, this was more than a conference

It was a shared witnessing moment — where discussions around real-world assets moved beyond theory, and on-chain access to verified physical value became tangible.
It was in this setting that Ni28 formally unveiled OZNi.

A Cross-Border Moment for OZNi

Participants from different regions gathered at DTF 2025 to witness Ni28’s infrastructure milestone, marking the first time OZNi was introduced within a truly cross-border ecosystem context.
Rather than a closed-door announcement or isolated market launch, OZNi was presented in front of a geographically diverse audience — reinforcing Ni28’s view that real-world asset infrastructure must be global by design, not confined to a single jurisdiction or community.
The presence of multiple regional communities underscored a growing reality in Web3:

RWA is no longer a local experiment — it is a global conversation.

And OZNi is being positioned within that conversation from day one.

A Launch Backed by Real-World Scale

During the forum, Ni28 announced the signing of MOUs with five nickel mining sites in Indonesia, covering 1,942 hectares with preliminary estimates of 38,800 tons of nickel resources.
At current market reference prices, this represents over USD 600 million in indicative real-world asset scale, providing tangible context to Ni28’s long-term infrastructure roadmap.
This scale matters — because OZNi is not launching into abstraction.
It is being introduced alongside real assets, real partners, and real verification frameworks.

Infrastructure First. OZNi as the Access Layer.

Ni28’s approach follows a clear sequence:
1. Establish verification-first RWA infrastructure
2. Design audit-ready and transparent frameworks
3. Enable structured on-chain access
OZNi is designed to operate at this final layer.

Rather than positioning OZNi as a speculative narrative, Ni28 presents it as a digital access layer — aligning on-chain participation with verified, auditable, and institution-ready real-world asset infrastructure.

In simple terms:

The assets exist in the physical world
The infrastructure ensures transparency and governance
OZNi enables on-chain access within that structure

Why This Launch Resonates with the Market

Many RWA initiatives speak about future possibilities.
Ni28 used its launch moment at DTF 2025 to demonstrate current execution, real scale, and a visible path forward.
With:
Multiple mining sites under MOUs
Nearly 2,000 hectares of nickel resources
A roadmap centered on verification, audit, and infrastructure
OZNi represents early participation in an emerging RWA infrastructure layer, rather than short-term hype.
As real-world assets increasingly move on-chain, projects grounded in real assets and real frameworks are positioned to define the next phase of Web3.

Entering the OZNi Phase

The unveiling at Digital Transformation Forum 2025 signals the beginning of what Ni28 describes as the OZNi phase — where infrastructure transitions into on-chain participation.
For participants, OZNi provides a way to engage with Ni28’s real-world asset ecosystem through transparent, structured digital mechanisms, aligned with long-term asset development rather than speculation cycles.
From nickel in the ground,
to verified infrastructure,
to value on-chain —
this is the logic behind OZNi.
What Comes Next

Following the launch, Ni28 will continue advancing:

Asset verification and audit frameworks
Infrastructure scalability
Expanded real-world asset partnerships
As these layers mature, OZNi sits at the center of how the ecosystem connects real assets with on-chain participation— bridging physical value and digital systems at a global scale.

About Ni28

Ni28 is a real-world asset (RWA) infrastructure platform focused on enabling verification-first digital frameworks for physical assets. The company works with resource operators and ecosystem partners to design auditable, transparent, and institution-ready infrastructure that supports the responsible integration of real-world assets with digital systems.
By emphasizing asset verification, data standardization, and lifecycle transparency, Ni28 aims to bridge traditional industries and emerging digital infrastructure through long-term, governance-oriented solutions. The platform positions blockchain technology as an enabling layer for trust, traceability, and reporting integrity.
