Theoriq has officially confirmed that its mainnet launch is approaching, with the protocol initiating its final countdown toward going live on December 16, 2025. The announcement marks a critical milestone for the project as it transitions from large-scale testing into full on-chain operations, enabling real economic activity across its decentralized AI infrastructure.

With Theoriq mainnet launch date now in sight, it moves from experimentation into production, activating its AI agent systems, token mechanics, and protocol-level coordination within the Web3 ecosystem.

What the Theoriq Mainnet Launch Activates

The Theoriq mainnet launch enables the protocol’s AI agent collectives to function on-chain. Unlike testnets, mainnet implementation will allow these agents to control actual assets and make trading and investment decisions as well as accumulate fees due to actual interactions on the network.

It would enable live coordination among the smart agents, DeFi protocols, and capital allocators. The smart agents would be capable of executing operations like liquidity provision, yield optimization, and vault management while handling the smart contracts based on the decentralized governance.

From a practical perspective, ‘mainnet-activation’ signifies the transition of the network from being a theoretical construct to an operational layer that facilitates agent driven finance.

What Is Live Around The Launch

As rollout date approaches, multiple reward-driven programs are already active, helping onboard users and bootstrap liquidity:
Theoriq Airdrop Program: The THQ airdrop reward period for testnet participants, ambassadors, Kaito Yappers, KOLs, and contributors runs from December 9-14. The THQ airdrop reward process employs anti-sybil verification by Authena, requiring at least 40 points, to ensure fair distribution.

Theoriq AlphaVault: An AI-curated vault-of-vaults system where users deposit ETH, WETH, or wstETH. AlphaSwarm autonomous agents dynamically invest capital based on risk-reward strategies and have been reinforced with a highly incentivized THQ rewards structure.
AlphaVault Incentive Campaign: A deeply incentivized program distributing 1% of total 1 billion THQ supply to early participants, including boosted rewards, referrals, and partner incentives ahead of TGE.
Staking and Locking Mechanisms: Users can stake THQ to receive sTHQ and optionally lock it to mint αTHQ, unlocking higher emissions and long-term ecosystem rewards.
These programs position the Alphavault and the broader incentive framework as core drivers of early adoption ahead of the THQ token generation event (TGE).

Why the Launch Matters

Theoriq aims to be a decentralized solution for managing multi-agent AI systems on a blockchain infrastructure. The more complex DeFi becomes, the more it needs a missing layer like Smart Agents, which will be capable of automating decision-making and will be the first implementation of its vision with a real-world use case.

Backed with an impressive amount of over $10.4 million funding support from Hack VC, Foresight Ventures, Inception Capital, and HTX Ventures, among other contributors, it proceeds with full mainnet support and collaboration with Google Cloud and NVIDIA as a startup.

Testnet Achievements Driving Market Attention

The hype surrounding the Theoriq mainnet launch is largely driven by its testnet performance. According to the team, the incentivized testnet recorded:

Over 60 million AI agent interactions

More than 500,000 user sign-ups, with strong daily activity

A community exceeding 240,000 members across social platforms

Deployment of 14 AI agents and multiple agent swarms

These results stress-tested both the protocol and AI infrastructure, proving the platform's ability to support high-volume, real-time agent coordination.

What Comes Next After Mainnet

With the Theoriq mainnet launch imminent, the next phase focuses on scaling real economic activity. AI agents will begin operating with live capital, protocol fees will activate, and THQ token utility will expand across staking, governance, and partner integrations.

The road map indicates a subsequent rollout plan that emphasizes sustainable growth and not rapid scaling. If the adoption proceed as it did with testnets, Theoriq might very well become infrastructural support for the decentralization of Artificial Intelligence on Web3.
