Abu Dhabi, UAE, December 10th, 2025,
<a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="https://solayer.org/">Solayer</a> today launched its Mainnet Alpha of InfiniSVM, a hardware-accelerated blockchain achieving sustained throughput of 300,000 transactions per second with sub-second finality. The network enables developers to deploy existing Solana applications while accessing performance levels that unlock use cases for high-frequency trading, real-world assets, and institutional finance.
From Batch Processing to Transaction Streaming
Current blockchains operate at speeds suitable for "batch processing" transactions, creating inherent latency that introduces risk for advanced financial applications. Perpetual DEXs face liquidation cascades during volatility, RWA platforms struggle with settlement delays, and high-frequency strategies remain impractical due to finality constraints.
Solayer's architecture shifts this paradigm to "streaming" transactions, where settlement occurs faster than market movements. The 300,000 TPS throughput represents the first sustained performance at this level on a public mainnet, providing developers with infrastructure where network capacity no longer constrains application design. The network achieves this by offloading critical operations to specialized hardware clusters and using InfiniBand and RDMA loading to bypass traditional bottlenecks entirely.
<blockquote>
 "For years, applications have been constrained by hardware limitations that no amount of software optimization could solve. InfiniSVM breaks through with purpose-built clusters and direct memory access, bypassing the constraints developers have worked around for years. Mainnet Alpha gives them a canvas where the only limit is their imagination. This is the foundation for the real-time internet of value," said Jason Li, Co-Founder at Solayer.

An Ecosystem Previously Impossible, Now Live
The network launches with three applications already leveraging InfiniSVM's throughput and sub-second finality:
<a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="https://spout.finance/">Spout</a> tokenizes US equities and ETFs, <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="https://www.forbes.com/sites/digital-assets/2025/12/10/can-crypto-infrastructure-outrun-wall-streets-t1-settlement/">solving the T+1 settlement problem</a> plaguing traditional finance. Sub-second finality means equity-backed positions can be minted, traded, and redeemed faster than traditional markets settle, enabling stablecoins backed by real assets that compose natively with DeFi.
<a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="https://www.doxx.exchange/">DoxX Exchange</a> is a hardware-accelerated MetaDEX with a dual-engine architecture: a CLOB for price discovery when maker flow is present, with intelligent AMM backfill when it's not. Instant finality enables the deterministic execution that market makers and institutional strategies require.
<a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="https://www.buff.trade/main">buff.trade</a> turns trading strategies into performance-driven tokens executed by autonomous AI agents. With agents capturing entries within 200 milliseconds of signal generation, InfiniSVM's speed transforms execution advantage into measurable PnL.
These represent the first cohort from Solayer Accel. Additional projects across DeFi, real-world assets, and social applications will be announced in the coming weeks.
A Specialized Extension of Solana
Solayer operates as an ultra-high-performance extension of Solana's execution environment. Users can bridge assets seamlessly via sBridge, with SOL used for gas fees and staking. This lets Solayer function as a specialized performance layer rather than a competing ecosystem.
SVM compatibility means any Solana application can deploy on Solayer without code modifications, accessing higher throughput for use cases requiring extreme performance while leveraging Solana's existing liquidity, infrastructure, and user base.
This approach represents functional stratification in Web3, where specialized layers handle demanding verticals within compatible ecosystems. High-frequency applications operate on Solayer's high-performance rail while maintaining interoperability with Solana's broader ecosystem.
Publicly Accessible Today
Mainnet Alpha is publicly accessible today. Users can bridge SOL via <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="https://explorer.solayer.org/bridge">sBridge</a> and interact with deployed applications immediately. Developers can access <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="https://docs.solayer.org/documentation/devnet/overview">documentation</a> and deployment tools to start building on InfiniSVM.
The launch coincides with <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="https://solana.com/breakpoint">Solana Breakpoint</a> in Abu Dhabi, signaling Solayer's integration within and commitment to the Solana ecosystem as it expands capabilities for demanding application categories.
