Project Introduction

Infinex was launched by Synthetix founder Kain Warwick in April 2024. It aims to bridge centralized and decentralized finance. The platform offers a user experience similar to a centralized exchange while keeping the services non custodial and secure.

Participation Guide

On November twenty seven Infinex announced its TGE and a public sale on Sonar with a target FDV of three hundred million dollars. The sale allocates five percent of INX supply and aims to raise fifteen million dollars.

Two participation paths Guaranteed allocation and lottery allocation.

Guaranteed allocation Only for users holding unlocked Patron NFTs. The allocation tiers are

One NFT gives two thousand dollars Five NFTs give fifteen thousand dollars Twenty five NFTs give one hundred thousand dollars One hundred NFTs give five hundred thousand dollars

Allocation is cumulative. For example holding thirty two NFTs gives one hundred thousand plus fifteen thousand plus two thousand plus two thousand equal to one hundred nineteen thousand dollars.

Lottery allocation Open to all users.

Minimum subscription two hundred dollars. Maximum five thousand dollars. If total subscription exceeds the limit final distribution will be decided by lottery. Each order has equal probability. Selected orders receive full allocation. Unfilled orders will be refunded automatically.

Lock and early unlock rules All tokens are locked for one year but early unlock is possible. Early unlock follows a pricing rule.

At TGE early unlock equals buying at a one billion dollar FDV. During the one year lock period the unlock price decreases linearly to the initial three hundred million dollar FDV. If market price is above the unlock price some users may choose early unlock which smooths the unlocking curve.
