APIC is designed not merely as a physical space but as a dynamic resource integration platform. In his address, Chairman Eugene Xiao highlighted the Center’s core competitiveness, distilled into three primary drivers:

Business Empowerment: Building a globalized, full-chain service system. APIC serves as the convergence point for Web3 innovation and traditional commerce. It provides one-stop incubation support—spanning technology, compliance, and market strategy—while actively assisting traditional enterprises in their digital transformation and global market expansion.

Educational Empowerment: Cultivating future-ready global leaders. The Center announced strategic collaborations with world-renowned institutions, including Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), UCLA Anderson School of Management, and Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM). These partnerships will introduce blockchain and frontier technology curricula, issuing authoritative certifications to supply the industry with professionals possessing a global perspective.

Alliance Ecosystem: Constructing a cross-regional strategic network. Backed by powerhouse institutions such as the DID Alliance, HotLink, 42X Fund, DPIN, TangRenDao, and HKIT, APIC has built a diversified ecosystem covering finance, technology, and industry, offering members unparalleled capital support and forward-looking insights.

Demonstrating its strong resource cohesion, APIC signed Memorandums of Understanding (MoU) with six heavyweight organizations at the ceremony, comprehensively laying the groundwork across digital economy, business innovation, education, and social responsibility:

Advancing Digital Economy & Trade Connectivity: APIC established strategic partnerships with the Singapore Digital Chamber of Commerce (SDCC) and the Malaysia Fujian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MFCCI). These collaborations focus on cross-border digital trade, regional tech ecosystem construction, and the integration of global Fujianese business resources to unlock new opportunities in the APAC digital economy.

Empowering Enterprise Innovation & Global Expansion: In partnership with Regal Global Sdn Bhd, APIC will deepen cooperation in business development, high-value project incubation, and cross-border strategic initiatives to help enterprises achieve leapfrog growth.

Cultivating International Education & Youth Development: Focusing on the power of the future, APIC signed agreements with Globalfront International Sdn Bhd and the World Quanzhou Youth Friendship Association Malaysia Branch. The parties are committed to promoting international academic exchange, youth leadership training, and cross-cultural business cooperation to build a talent reservoir for the region.

Practicing Social Responsibility: APIC partnered with Pertubuhan Angkatan Relawan Masyarakat Malaysia (AKRAM) to empower communities through technology and education, driving social welfare and sustainable development.
