Why did Humanity Protocol suddenly crash right after the Binance Alpha airdrop 2, and will the token bounce back—or slide even deeper? The second wave of the airdrop has shaken the market, creating both fear and opportunity for investors watching the H price crash unfold.

Binance Alpha completed the second wave of its airdrop on December 3, allowing users with at least 242 Binance Alpha Points to claim 295 tokens on a first-come, first-served basis. Each claim required 15 Alpha Points, and users had to confirm their reward within 24 hours, or the allocation would be forfeited.

The reward distribution created heavy selling pressure. As soon as tokens hit wallets, H price crashed nearly 35%, dropping from $0.1159 to $0.07680, wiping out a significant portion of short-term gains. The market cap now stands at $168.91 million, marking one of the sharpest corrections since listing.

Before the token airdrop, it was moving in a tight consolidation range between $0.13 and $0.112, holding its structure well. But the sudden supply influx forced panic selling—raising the big question investors are asking: Why is Humanity Protocol down today?

Airdrops, Selling Pressure & Market Psychology Explained

The token listed in June 2025 and delivered strong growth, driven mostly by Binance Alpha’s promotions and reward cycles. The token even touched an all-time high of $0.3887 in October, proving strong market confidence.
Now, with the second Humanity Protocol airdrop ending, users saw a quick profit window—leading to an immediate sell-off. Even so, fundamental developments remain strong. In November, Humanity Protocol announced a major partnership with Mastercard, which will enable users to verify key financial data through open banking rails.

Humanity Protocol Price Crash: What Technicals Say?

According to TradingView, it has fallen into the $0.075–$0.078 support zone, with the 4H RSI between 23–37, indicating clear oversold conditions. Usually, it has bounced whenever the RSI dips below 30, and that could be a possible short-term rebound.

Short-Term Price Prediction (1–2 Weeks): If buyers guard the support area at $0.070, it may bounce to $0.095–$0.105. However, a break of this zone may see the token slide toward $0.060.
Medium-Term Price Prediction (1–2 Months): Any stable recovery needs to reclaim $0.12. A move above $0.135 would confirm a trend reversal, opening the way higher toward $0.16.
Long-Term H Price Prediction (3–6 Months): If the market sentiment improves and trading volume increases, it may slowly make its way toward $0.20-$0.25. For complete recovery, a close above $0.18 is required along with rising RSI and higher liquidity.

Conclusion

The Humanity Protocol airdrop created short-term chaos, but oversold charts, strong fundamentals and earlier performance keep hopes alive. Assuming the buyers defend the key support levels, it may stage a recovery. But if the selling pressure persists, the token could revisit deeper lows before regaining strength.
