Robert Kiyosaki shared a new message on X outlining what he calls “Lesson #3” for building wealth in an economic downturn. The author of Rich Dad Poor Dad argues that artificial intelligence will eliminate millions of jobs, including roles previously considered secure, and believes network marketing offers a pathway to financial resilience.

AI’s Growing Threat To Traditional Careers

Kiyosaki’s post highlights a broad wave of disruption fueled by artificial intelligence. The chart of his argument shows that he expects AI to replace employees across multiple industries, even those requiring years of education and specialized training. He lists lawyers, doctors, actors, and public personalities among the careers he believes could be “faked” through technology.

The warning aligns with his long-standing message: individuals must build entrepreneurial skills rather than depend on traditional employment structures, especially in periods of economic instability.

Why Kiyosaki Promotes Network Marketing

The message lays out five core reasons Kiyosaki believes network marketing can make people wealthier during a recession:

Selling Skills
He describes one-to-one selling as the foundational skill of entrepreneurship, emphasizing that network marketing forces participants to confront and overcome the fear of rejection.

Public Speaking
According to Kiyosaki, learning to speak confidently in front of groups is “a fear greater than death” for many people, but essential for personal and financial development.

No Risk Of Being Fired
He contrasts network marketing with traditional employment, noting that participants cannot be terminated for poor performance. Instead, he argues these businesses encourage learning from mistakes rather than punishing failure.

Coaching And Leadership
Kiyosaki says network marketing teaches individuals to bring out the best in people, a trait he believes conventional schooling fails to instill.

Becoming Better, Not Just Richer
He concludes that the industry helps people become “kinder, more powerful, successful human beings” rather than what he describes as “arrogant, cocky, rich people.”

Kiyosaki’s Broader Economic Outlook

Kiyosaki ends his post with a stark statement: a “rough economy” is coming, and millions may become poorer if they do not adapt. He frames network marketing not only as a wealth-building tool but as a way to help “make fellow humans richer” during a global downturn.
