In the volatile arena of DeFi, where token unlocks often spell doom for prices, Ethena’s ENA has scripted a defiant comeback. On December , 2025, crypto trader Taqwa Ayub (@taqwaayub) dropped a mic-drop analysis on X, spotlighting how technical structure trumped the gloom of impending unlocks.coinmarketcap.com Her chart— a crisp 1H ENA/USDT view from TradingView—paints a bullish masterpiece: a breakout above $0.278, higher highs, consolidation, a sharp dump to $0.235 amid the unlock FUD, and now a pivotal retest of that support zone.

“TA matters, honey!” Ayub quipped, quoting her own educational thread on structure shifts that 95% of traders overlook. Zoom out, and it’s crystal clear: ENA reclaimed the exact dump zone post-breakout, setting up for a clean upside if $0.24 holds. Invalidation? A break below $0.229. Simple, mechanical, and brutally effective. Her call timed the bottom perfectly, as ENA bounced hard, turning red candles into green rockets.Fast-forward to December , and the numbers don’t lie. ENA trades at $0.2768, up a scorching 15.63% in 24 hours, with market cap swelling to $2.05 billion and volume exploding to $335.58 million.coinmarketcap.com This isn’t blind hype—it’s macro tailwinds meeting micro precision.

Macro Tailwinds: BTC Strength Fuels ENA’s Momentum

Bitcoin’s grind above $95K lifted alts across the board, but ENA’s edge shines brighter. Ethena’s protocol, the synthetic dollar powerhouse, boasts a TVL of $7.15 billion, up sharply from recent dips, signaling robust demand for its USDe stablecoin amid real-world yield hunts. coinmarketcap.comWhat fueled this? Capitulation volume on the December 1 drop screamed “buy the fear,” with RSI flipping from neutral 45 to bullish 68. Ayub’s setup—entry at $0.237, stop-loss at $0.229, targets $0.271+—delivers a 1:2+ risk-reward, the holy grail for retail degens. X reactions? A mix of awe (“Her charts always on point!”) and salt (“Everything pumps with BTC”), but the proof is in the pudding: 75 likes, 11.7K views, and a thread that’s educating a generation on context over noise.

Ethena Fundamentals: The TVL Surge Behind the Rally

For web3 warriors, this is DeFi resilience 101. Unlocks dumped ~20 million ENA tokens, yet fundamentals held: Ethena’s delta-neutral hedging crushes TradFi yields without the custody risks. Outlook? If support sticks, new highs above $0.31 beckon; a break invites caution. Trail stops at $0.26, and remember—TA isn’t random; it’s your edge in chaos. As Ayub nails it, once you see the structure, you can’t unsee the alpha. Ethena isn’t just surviving; it’s thriving, proving unlocks are just noise in the symphony of smart money flows.
