InitVerse

To the Global InitVerse Community and Strategic Partners:
We are pleased to formally announce that InitVerse has successfully secured a strategic financing of up to 500 BTC through the implementation of a Conditional Trigger Option Investment mechanism, with lead participation from the Tabula Rasa Foundation and co-investment from multiple institutional partners. This milestone reflects strong confidence in InitVerse’s technological capabilities and long-term ecosystem potential, and signifies the beginning of a new phase characterized by scalable and accelerated development.
In contrast to conventional funding models, this round introduces an innovative milestone-driven disbursement framework, under which capital will be released in three structured tranches:
A. Initial tranche: 100 BTC (approximately USD 10 million-The valuation shall be determined based on the time at which the investment is received.) has been deposited into the official foundation address, as publicly disclosed on InitVerse Official X channel in October 2025 (https://x.com/InitVerse/status/1978352206538777083);
B. Subsequent tranches: The remaining funds will be disbursed in two phases over the next 12 months, contingent upon the achievement of predefined technical, operational, and developmental milestones.
This phased release mechanism underscores investor confidence in InitVerse’s sustainable growth trajectory while ensuring disciplined capital deployment aligned with project execution.
The proceeds from this financing will be strategically allocated across three core pillars to establish a fully integrated ecosystem spanning infrastructure, developer engagement, and token value enhancement:

Technology Advancement: Next-Generation Upgrades to the INIChain Architecture

Investment will focus on overcoming critical challenges in privacy preservation and high-throughput on-chain processing. Key initiatives include deep optimization of the VersaHash consensus algorithm and performance enhancements to the TfhEVM encryption module. These efforts aim to strengthen the security, scalability, and efficiency of the privacy-centric public blockchain, while improving EVM compatibility and smart contract execution performance to support complex, enterprise-grade decentralized applications.

Ecosystem Development: Scaling the INISaaS Platform and Global Developer Network

Funds will expand the InitVerse Global Developer Incentive Program (ie. InitVerse Prometheus Project), lowering barriers to entry for DApp development and enabling broader adoption of the InitVerse chain. Our objective is to incubate more than 100 high-quality ecosystem projects within the next 12 months, spanning priority sectors including privacy-preserving healthcare solutions, decentralized finance (DeFi), cross-border collaboration platforms, and AI-integrated Web3 applications.

Token Value Enhancement: Strategic $INI Token Buyback and Market Expansion

The InitVerse Foundation will allocate a portion of the raised capital to execute a comprehensive buyback program totaling 50,000,000 $INI tokens. This initiative will be conducted across major cryptocurrency exchanges, secondary markets, partner institutions and OTC trading to enhance market liquidity and reinforce the intrinsic value of the $INI token.
Through strategic capital allocation and liquidity management, we aim to build a more resilient and growth-oriented $INI value system. We will expand additional trading scenarios and compliant channels to enhance $INI’s market competitiveness and broaden its foundation for widespread adoption.
Transparency remains a foundational principle of the InitVerse Foundation. In line with our commitment to accountability, we have publicly disclosed all official treasury addresses, and all financial transactions related to this financing will be fully traceable on the blockchain:
