Stocks and cryptocurrencies are crashing in tandem, erasing all hope of a “Santa rally.” This shouldn’t come as a surprise, as investors have been on edge for most of the year. A tariff shock in April triggered panic selling, resulting in the steepest stock decline since 2020. But both equity and crypto markets recovered, and investors were confident the worst was behind them. However, a turning point can be traced to Oct. 10 when U.S. President Donald Trump threatened new tariffs on China. Since then, the crypto market has erased more than $1 trillion in market value, and the Dow Jones has lost more than 2,000 points. Investors were confident they had selected only the best altcoins to buy, but the market selloff spared very few names. Among those that haven’t sold off is a crypto presale startup called Digitap ($TAP). Digitap is the maker of the world’s first “omni-bank,” and its unique presale structure is making the case for it as an ideal hedge against continued selling pressure.
Why Digitap Belongs On Crypto To Buy Now Shortlists
Digitap’s status as a crypto presale project shouldn’t dissuade investors from taking a closer look. Digitap operates a fully functional fintech banking product used by thousands of people. The banking app lets users hold, send, save, invest, and spend both cryptocurrencies and fiat currencies from one account. A recent partnership with Visa means users can preload fiat or crypto to their account and spend it anywhere Visa cards are accepted. This means that everyday people can use crypto for routine payments, from buying coffee to paying bills. Real consumers are adopting Digitap because it is not only a convenience tool but also provides real savings. Legacy money remitters typically charge a 6.2% fee to transfer money across borders, but Digitap’s app can transfer funds for less than 1%. This practical utility gives Digitap a reason to be detached from speculative market swings. By contrast, the case can be made in an uncertain economic environment for companies to cut back on investing in AI. Or investors’ wallets are tight, so they are holding off on a new BTC purchase.
Why Tiered Pricing Can Cushion Volatility In Bear Tapes
In contrast to what looks like a freefall of publicly traded assets, Digitap’s presale of its native $TAP token features a tiered pricing structure that guarantees price increases at each stage. This means that Digitap’s token can only move in one direction: up. Every new presale round comes with a pre-set price hike. Early investors are sitting on the largest gains, with round one buyers scooping the token at $0.0125 and watching it gradually rise to $0.0326. This means the earliest investors are sitting on a paper profit of more than 150%, an accomplishment that even the top altcoins to buy can’t match. Essentially, a step-up format protects presale buyers from day-to-day volatility. There is also potential for huge upside, as the Digitap team confirmed an expected listing price of $0.14. What this means is $TAP trades at a roughly 80% discount relative to its expected launch price. In other words, even if the broader crypto and stock markets continue to trade lower, Digitap investors stand to enjoy strong gains. In a bear market dominated by renewed inflation concerns, ongoing geopolitical tension, tariff wars, and much more, Digitap’s predictable upward momentum makes it a much-desired crypto to buy now

How Real Activity Can Drive Burns And Tighten Float
Crucially, Digitap already has a thriving user base and community, validating that it isn’t a crypto presale project relying on promises. In fact, Digitap notes it supports users in more than 100 countries, and there are more than 100,000 wallets connected to the platform. This is a massive number for a pre-launch project, especially when considering Digitap’s tokenomics. The project will allocate 50% of the platform’s profits toward buyback-and-burn initiatives and rewarding stakers. This real usage and strong engagement at an early stage of the company imply that $TAP’s price could be driven by organic user demand and not investor hype. As more users join the platform to take advantage of advanced and cheap financial services, more tokens get burned, which can drive a higher token price.
Crash Playbook: Crypto Presales With Utility Offer A Haven
The current equity and crypto crash is a firm reminder that no asset is invincible, especially Bitcoin, which is meant to act as “digital gold” during downturns. However, Digitap is making the case that it is one of the cryptos to buy now because of its guaranteed upward price trajectory. While nothing is ever truly risk-free, $TAP is one of the leading altcoins to buy as it is an attractive shelter from the market selloff. Investors can ride out the crash and come out ahead when the token graduates from presale to the live markets. This is a rare opportunity for investors, as Digitap’s built-in price increases and booming user adoption have created an oasis of green in a sea of red. Digitap is Live NOW.
