The partnership combines CV5 Capital’s regulated Cayman fund infrastructure with Enzyme’s decentralized asset management technology, creating a bridge between traditional finance and blockchain-enabled fund operations. Under the CV5 Digital SPC umbrella, funds will use Enzyme Onyx for tokenized share classes, automated NAV updates, and real-time on-chain asset visibility—all while remaining fully compliant with Cayman Islands Monetary Authority (CIMA) regulations.
David Lloyd, CEO of CV5 Capital, described the collaboration as “the next evolution of regulated digital asset funds,” emphasizing its potential to deliver transparent, compliant, and composable fund structures. Mona El Isa, founder of Enzyme, added that the partnership aims to “set the standard for institutional-grade tokenized funds,” enhancing efficiency and accessibility for both fund managers and investors.

The partnership’s initial phase will focus on market-neutral digital asset funds, Bitcoin treasury vehicles, and tokenized credit opportunities. Each fund will operate within CV5 Digital SPC’s regulated framework, providing independent administration, institutional custody, and on-chain transparency for investors.
Industry analysts view the collaboration as a significant milestone in the institutionalization of digital asset investing. By merging the compliance and governance strengths of traditional funds with the automation and transparency of decentralized finance, CV5 Capital and Enzyme aim to expand institutional participation in tokenized investment products and strengthen investor confidence in the digital asset ecosystem.
Notably, Enzyme recently integrated the Chainlink Runtime Environment (CRE), a sophisticated orchestration layer for institutional-grade smart contract operations. This enhancement empowers Enzyme Onyx to seamlessly administer complex tokenized investment products across both blockchain networks and traditional financial systems.
