Bitcoin climbed above $111,000, rising ~2.4% in 24 hours, driven by investor hopes ahead of a confirmed meeting between Donald Trump and Xi Jinping. Trade-deal hopes reduced macro risk and boosted risk assets. &nbsp;
Why it matters: This shows how much crypto is reacting to geopolitics rather than just internal fundamentals. If the meeting goes well, momentum could extend; but it also means any disappointment could trigger sharp retracement.

Although Bitcoin is up, analysts note that its rally is losing steam — long-term holders are selling into strength, and capital is shifting from spot markets to derivatives (hedges). &nbsp;
Why it matters: Rally without conviction can be fragile. When spot flows slow and hedging rises, risk of a sharp reversal increases. Traders should watch whether major cost-basis levels hold (~$113K for BTC) to judge strength.

Tap Global Group PLC announced that UK-listed London BTC Company will onboard its Bitcoin-Treasury-as-a-Service (BTaaS) platform—adding institutional infrastructure for crypto treasury operations. &nbsp;
Why it matters: More companies are treating crypto like a treasury asset, not just speculative. Infrastructure growth means easier access, but also raises standards for custody, reporting and regulatory compliance.

4) <img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/16.0.1/72x72/1f504.png" alt="🔄" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;"> Crypto M&amp;A soars 30x year-on-year, signalling industry consolidation
Crypto-M&amp;A volume rose over 30-fold compared to last year, surpassing $10 billion in Q3. This reflects institutionalisation and consolidation in the space. &nbsp;
Why it matters: When M&amp;A picks up, token ecosystems and service providers may see rapid change — winners and losers will emerge fast. For investors, this can signal structural shifts rather than short-term price moves.
