Silly Kitties, a new Web3 project built around casual cat-themed entertainment, has received a grant from the Ronin Network to support the development of its games and broader lifestyle IP. The team is positioning Silly Kitties as a cross-media brand that blends simple gameplay, digital collectibles, and real-world merchandise.
The project’s first title, CatWalk, centers on walking, nurturing, and caring for virtual kitties. Players earn rewards for daily activity, making it a lightweight fitness-linked experience designed for mainstream audiences rather than traditional Web3 power users.

Alongside the game, the team is building a wider brand ecosystem that spans animated content, music, social clips, and physical merchandise. Silly Kitties aims to tap into the massive global appetite for cat-related media, targeting the billions of users who engage with feline content online each year.
Silly Kitties is led by co-founders Cagyjan and Kittey, who shifted the project away from an initial memecoin concept and toward a long-term entertainment IP. Their focus is on consistency, accessible gameplay, and growing an identity that can live both inside and outside Web3 communities.
The team will showcase Silly Kitties at the YGG Play Summit, where visitors can try a physical claw machine loaded with exclusive merchandise such as caps, shirts, and plushies. The appearance is part of the project’s plan to merge digital experiences with tactile, event-driven engagement.
With Ronin’s support, Silly Kitties is aiming to establish itself as a broad consumer brand built around playful, casual gaming and cat culture, an approach that positions the project to reach everyday audiences far beyond the typical blockchain demographic.
