Meme coin bulls just took a hit. Dogecoin slipped to $0.163 and Shiba Inu added another zero to its quote, even as whales circled both charts. Yet the market is not red everywhere. Two names are breaking higher while the rest are cooling down: Zcash (ZEC) and Remittix (RTX). In this rotation story, ZEC rides a sharp breakout, and the Remittix DeFi project keeps drawing fresh capital with real payments utility.

Dogecoin looked strong when whales started buying again. Over the last two weeks, large holders quietly added 4.72 billion DOGE to their wallets. The price has dropped to $0.163, and a chart shared shows Dogecoin sitting between $0.16 and $0.17. So far, the price is holding that band, but momentum is weak, and fear is rising.
Short term, buyers need a clean move above $0.165 to $0.168 to signal that a bounce is real. Crypto analyst Shan Specter also sees a descending triangle on both the short-term and daily charts. That pattern often leads to a big move once the price breaks out. His map shows possible upside targets at $0.28, $0.40, and even $1.00, but only if Dogecoin can break free from its bearish structure.

Shiba Inu is also struggling. SHIB trades around $0.00000925, after “adding a zero” again. That break hurt sentiment. Shiba Inu recently dropped to its lowest level since January 2024. The range that once held the token up now acts as a ceiling. Analysts are talking about the risk of a death cross forming, and the buyers are tired.
There is still a path for SHIB to recover, but it needs to pass $0.00001029, and if that happens, the token could reach $0.00001118 and $0.00001301. Until then, many traders are looking elsewhere for the best crypto 2025.

ZEC now trades close to $573. Investor demand jumped after news that the Winklevoss twins set up a digital asset treasury focused on ZEC through the newly rebranded Cypherpunk Technologies. Some analysts expect that, if the current move holds, the price could push toward $612, $688, or even $749.
What makes ZEC interesting for DeFi project crypto watchers and staking next big altcoin 2025 hunters is that big players are backing it. The Grayscale Zcash Trust has seen fresh inflows even while Bitcoin and Ethereum products faced outflows. To many, this looks like a classic rotation from hype toward useful infrastructure, much like what is happening with Remittix in payments.

The Remittix DeFi project has already raised over $28.1 million and sold more than 685 million tokens, currently priced at $0.1166 each. That price keeps Remittix in the top crypto under $1 bucket while giving it room to move if adoption grows. The Remittix wallet is already live, and a second update is already out. At the same time, the team passed a full CertiK security audit, one of the highest bars for blockchain projects.
Two CEX listings at BitMart and LBank have been confirmed, and a third major exchange reveal is coming. The project also offers a strong income hook. Every time you refer a new buyer, you earn 15% of their purchase in USDT, paid daily through the dashboard.
Here is why investors are moving to Remittix:

The wallet beta already handles fast crypto to bank transfers in over 30 countries, giving real users a taste of the system.

The PayFi design aims to connect Web3 wallets with traditional banking.

Multi-currency support is planned for more than 40 cryptocurrencies and 30 fiat currencies.

Audited smart contracts, a full CertiK review, and transparent token metrics help reduce the usual risk that comes with early-stage payment tokens.

A live $250,000 community giveaway and daily referral payouts support rapid user growth.

Dogecoin and Shiba Inu are still famous, but their charts are weak, and their stories feel tired in a market that now craves function as well as fun. By contrast, Zcash and Remittix are showing strength in a weak tape. ZEC brings privacy infrastructure and proven gains. RTX brings live payments, a working wallet, and a clear path to global use. On that front, Zcash and especially Remittix stand out as serious contenders for anyone building a watchlist of best crypto 2025.
