We are witnessing the next evolution of memecoins.
$MISS Rachel is not just another token. It’s a Sub-DAO built on Solana, governed by a modular bounty economy. All 10 trillion tokens were minted at T₀ with zero founder allocation. This is eat-what-you-kill economics in its purest form.
Governance is off-chain via specialized Snapshot spaces. Each module—Bounty Committee, Execution Vanguard, Treasury Sentinel—operates with custom quorums. On-chain execution is handled by a multi-sig, ensuring every action is community-approved and secure.
Compliance isn't an afterthought. Terms are immutably published on Amazon IPFS, aligning with EO 14067 and recent SEC guidance. Quarterly reviews via Snapshot keep the project accountable and transparent.
The tokenomics are ruthlessly fair. A 20% deflationary sink burns supply on over-fulfillment and fraud reports. This creates natural scarcity and rewards honest participation.
Liquidity was bootstrapped via a Pump.fun bonding curve. The pool mechanics include startBlock delays and max-swap caps to prevent exploits. LP tokens are burned to permanent address '111...111', locking liquidity forever.
The bounty model is the engine. Tasks are posted on GitHub/Snapshot, requiring ≥⅔ approval and ≥5% quorum for payout. StandardBounties.sol or custom Rust programs handle transfers from a 3-of-5 multisig vault.
AI-agent integration is gated by market-cap thresholds. Once activated, it autonomously executes "Meme Monday" and adaptive feedback loops, blending meme culture with decentralized automation.
The roadmap is recursive and stage-gated. It progresses from Telegram launch to agent activation, marketing pools, liquidity incentives, and cross-chain bridges. Quarterly Decentralized Fair-Launch Reviews then spin the next cycle.
This structure embodies Web3 Systems Thinking and Infinite Cycle Theory. It’s a living system designed for perpetual evolution, not a static token launch.
We've moved beyond the hype cycle into sustainable meme economies.
