Vertical AI

celebrates its first anniversary. An incredible milestone that marks how far we’ve come, from an early vision to a fast-growing ecosystem with an expanding team and community. In just one week,$VERTAI
As we hit this milestone, it’s time for the next step in strengthening our token economy: the unlock and strategic redistribution of our Liquidity Pool (LP).
Why We’re Doing This
The goal is simple: to make our liquidity work smarter, not just sit idle.
By restructuring our LP, we can:

Improve liquidity efficiency and stability

Strengthen our multi-chain presence (Ethereum + Base)

Prepare for upcoming CEX listings

New Distribution Plan
🔸 Uniswap V3 (ETH): 50% We’ll migrate the largest share of our LP from the old V2 contract to Uniswap V3. This upgrade gives us tighter liquidity control, optimized ranges, and lets the community participate and earn fees by adding liquidity.
🔸 Uniswap V3 (BASE): 20% We are strong believers in the Base ecosystem. Liquidity on Base is currently too thin to trade efficiently, so we’re reinforcing it and larger trades can be made without significant impact on the price.
🔸 CEX Listing Allocation: 20% As mentioned before, we’re in advanced stages with centralized exchanges. Rather than drawing from treasury funds, a small part of the LP will be used to cover listing fees, ensuring that listings are sustainable and add real value to both the company and the community.
🔸 Market Maker Liquidity: 10% Once listed on a CEX, it’s essential to have healthy order books. This allocation ensures our market makers can operate effectively, maintaining liquidity and supporting price stability across exchanges.
🔸 Token Burn: After redistribution, the remaining portion of tokens will be burned permanently. These tokens don’t belong to the team or treasury, and were never part of our tokenomics plan. For this reason, they’ll be removed from circulation to ensure fairness and reduce supply.
