The Financial Intelligence Gap

For decades, financial health has been measured through systems that only see fragments of who we are. Banks assess creditworthiness based on debt, overlooking income diversity and digital assets. DeFi platforms recognize on-chain activity but ignore real-world cash flow.
As finance grows more hybrid, spanning traditional accounts, stablecoins, NFTs, and on-chain yields, most people still struggle to see their entire financial picture in one place. The result is a fragmented understanding of personal wealth and performance.
The world has a credit score, but it has never had a true financial intelligence score. Bluwhale was built to close that gap.

Bluwhale is redefining how individuals and organizations interpret financial behavior across traditional and decentralized ecosystems. By combining AI, blockchain, and user data, Bluwhale transforms scattered information into a single, real-time measure of financial health, known as the WhaleScore.
The goal is to make financial intelligence portable, composable, and user-owned so that financial data becomes an asset, not a liability. Through Bluwhale, more than 3.6 million users across 37 blockchains can visualize their complete digital and fiat portfolios, supported by an agentic layer that learns, predicts, and personalizes insights, services and strategies at scale.
Bluwhale is not just a dashboard. It is the foundation for an open financial intelligence economy.

The Whale Score represents a shift from passive reporting to active financial awareness. Instead of relying on legacy credit systems that ignore crypto income or digital assets, Whale Score aggregates both on-chain and off-chain data into a unified index from 0 to 1000.
It measures liquidity, spending, savings, yield, and diversification to build a complete map of financial wellness. The score evolves in real time, updating as income flows change, new wallets are linked, or DeFi exposure shifts.
Think of it as a fitness tracker for money. It shows your financial stamina, risk posture, and performance relative to peers. For the first time, users can see, understand, and improve their financial lives through one intelligent interface.

The Agentic Layer: Personalized Agents for Your Wealth Journey

At the core of Bluwhale is an AI personalization protocol that interprets user data and transforms it into guidance.
Each user interacts with AI agents that learn from wallet behavior, spending patterns, and portfolio composition. These agents act like dynamic financial coaches, identifying inefficiencies such as idle capital or high-risk exposure and suggesting adjustments.
If your Whale Score drops due to liquidity imbalance, your agent can recommend rebalancing strategies or alternative yield paths. If you are holding too much in stablecoins, it can highlight staking options or liquidity pools that align with your goals.
This is not just automation. It is adaptive intelligence that turns raw data into context and progress, helping every user build smarter habits over time.

Recognized as a Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree and recipient of the Golden Globee Award for AI Entrepreneurship, Jin brings over a decade of experience building scalable AI systems for millions of users.
Adam Rowell, Bluwhale’s CTO, holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University, where he studied neural quantization and mobile AI. His expertise in neural networks and data compression underpins Bluwhale’s decentralized computation and data privacy architecture.
Together they fuse product intuition and technical precision to create a system that balances enterprise-grade AI infrastructure with consumer accessibility.

Building on Sui: The First AI Token on the Sui Network

In 2025, Bluwhale formed a strategic partnership with Sui Network to build the next generation of decentralized AI infrastructure.
As the first AI token deployed on Sui, Bluwhale leverages Sui’s object-centric model and parallel execution design to achieve low latency and high scalability. These are core requirements for real-time financial computations and AI agent performance.
The decision to build on Sui was rooted in engineering. Sui’s ability to process transactions concurrently without global locks allows Bluwhale to support millions of daily AI interactions while keeping performance and cost efficiency intact.
Sui’s resource-oriented programming model also makes it ideal for modular AI economies where agents, nodes, and models can evolve independently yet operate within a unified framework.
By aligning Bluwhale’s personalization protocol with Sui’s high-throughput infrastructure, we are building the foundation for an AI Financial Layer that is scalable, secure, and composable.

Network and Ecosystem Expansion

Bluwhale’s ecosystem extends beyond individual users. Its infrastructure is being integrated by financial platforms, dApps, and exchanges that want to embed personalized financial intelligence directly into their products.
With over 3.6 million unique users and 800 million processed wallets, Bluwhale has become a cross-chain intelligence graph for enterprises and developers.
Strategic partners include:

Sui Foundation, powering decentralized compute and interoperability

Arbitrum, Tezos, Cardano, and Movement Labs, extending Whale Score visibility across ecosystems

SBI Holdings, UOB, and Decima (Animoca, Gumi, MZ Crypto), driving institutional adoption through AI-powered insights and delivering financial services through agents to the end consumer

Each partnership supports the same mission: making financial data work for the user.

The BLUAI token powers every operation within Bluwhale’s ecosystem, from AI queries to agent executions, governance, and node rewards.
Fixed Supply: 10 billion BLUAI tokens, non-inflationary and permanently capped.Genesis Circulation: 1.228 billion tokens released at TGE (12.28% of total).Emissions: 1.2–1.6% monthly release post-TGE to align with network growth.
Allocation Overview:

25% — Node Incentives: rewards for validators maintaining uptime and accuracy

21% — Foundation and Treasury: governance, grants, R&D, and ecosystem growth

10.2% — Marketing and Community: airdrops, affiliate programs, and partnerships

8.8% — Operations: strategic expansion and collaborations

7% — Team and Advisors: vested over 36–48 months

23% — Fundraising Rounds: seed, private, and KOL allocations

5% — Liquidity and Market Making

Every query, transaction, and AI operation consumes BLUAI as gas, gradually reducing supply and creating deflationary pressure. Over time, this builds a closed-loop economy where usage directly increases network value.

Competitive Context: Beyond Credit Scores To Real World Value

Most systems that quantify financial behavior focus on risk. Bluwhale focuses on intelligence.
Traditional credit models like FICO or on-chain credit systems such as Spectral and Cred Protocol measure the probability of default. Bluwhale measures opportunity readiness and overall financial capability.
Competitors isolate on-chain lending or repayment behavior. Bluwhale combines traditional finance, DeFi, and AI into one interpretive layer. It is not just a credit model. It is a cognitive model of financial life.
