DeFi

DeFi promised freedom but instead delivered a fragmented ecosystem riddled with incompatible blockchains, countless protocols, and disconnected applications. This complexity creates liquidity fragmentation, divides user attention, and erodes trust across the industry. The consequence is a DeFi landscape that is confusing and difficult to navigate, preventing mainstream adoption and meaningful user empowerment. Industry leaders recognize that the path forward depends on integration and simplification to restore DeFi’s original vision. Screx, a rising player in the space, seeks to address these challenges head-on with a comprehensive platform designed to unify fragmented services.
<a href="https://screx.com/" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Screx</a> offers an all-in-one DeFi hub that seamlessly connects swaps, staking, lending, farming, perpetuals, escrow, and cross-chain bridging in one intelligent platform. Leveraging Smart Routing technology combined with a powerful AI Assistant, Screx dynamically finds the most cost-effective and efficient transaction paths. Unlike fragmented protocols competing for attention, Screx positions itself as the command center for decentralized finance — focused on clarity, efficiency, and real user needs. Recently, Screx’s presale on Gems.vip, a platform responsible for over $200 million in Web3 fundraising, has accelerated investor interest and validated the project’s industry credibility. For the DeFi community, this means a trusted, scalable solution that breaks down walls and unites fragmented services under one roof. Ultimately, Screx stands as the rebel rewriting DeFi’s future by delivering true simplicity and integration where others created chaos.

&nbsp;
To better understand Screx’s strategy for tackling DeFi’s fragmentation and its vision for the industry’s future, we spoke with CEO Tom Babiak to explore what differentiates the platform — as well as evaluated its growth prospects.
&nbsp;
1. How do you see Screx contributing to reshaping the narrative around DeFi, moving it away from hype and complexity to clarity and real-world utility?DeFi was meant to represent freedom and simplicity, but along the way it became one of the most complex areas of the blockchain industry. Today we have hundreds of apps, dozens of blockchains, and countless protocols that can’t work together. For the average user, that’s not innovation — that’s frustration.
At Screx, we’re taking a different approach. We’re not adding another piece to an already fragmented puzzle — we’re organizing what already exists. We’re building an environment that connects the key functions of DeFi in one place, so users can act simply, quickly, and without the need to jump between tools.
Our goal is to shift the focus from promises and marketing buzzwords to real utility, coherence, and user experience. We want DeFi to finally become what it was always meant to be — an open and understandable financial system for everyone.
&nbsp;
2. Screx uniquely unites multiple DeFi services—swaps, staking, lending, farming, perpetuals, escrow, and cross-chain bridging—under one platform. How does this integration set you apart from your predecessors?&nbsp;&nbsp;
If you look at most DeFi projects, each of them tried to solve just one piece of a much larger problem. Some focused on swaps, others on lending, farming, or bridging. As a result, anyone who truly wants to engage with DeFi today must switch between multiple apps, wallets, and protocols — which completely defeats the original idea of simplicity.
We’re reversing that model. From the start, we’re designing an environment where all these elements operate within one unified logic and interface. We’re not interested in adding another app to the list — we’re interested in connecting everything that already exists into one cohesive ecosystem.
Swaps, staking, lending, farming, perpetuals, and bridging — all working seamlessly within a single structure, without unnecessary switching between platforms.This isn’t just integration for convenience. It’s about creating an intelligent layer where different protocols can actually work together. That level of synergy is what truly sets Screx apart from everything that came before.
&nbsp;
3. How do the backgrounds and expertise of the Screx team support the project’s ambitious goals and innovation in DeFi?
Screx is built by a team that combines experience from across the market — blockchain and Web3 projects on one side, and traditional finance and banking on the other. This blend of technological foundation and business practice gives us a unique perspective on how to create products that are both innovative and operationally robust.
Our team includes people who have collaborated with ecosystems such as Binance and Gate.io, as well as with mining, infrastructure, and fintech projects. We also bring experience from working with institutions in the banking sector, which helps us understand how to connect decentralized finance with the structured logic of the traditional economy.
This allows us to view DeFi not only through the lens of innovation but also through efficiency, usability, and security. That experience directly shapes how we’re building Screx — with the user in mind, but with engineering precision and a deep understanding of the financial principles that have guided the industry for decades.
&nbsp;
4. Can you explain how Screx’s Smart Routing and AI-powered command center work together to simplify and optimize DeFi transactions?
At the heart of Screx lies the combination of two key elements: Smart Routing and an AI-driven analytical layer. These two systems are designed to work together — one handles the process, the other provides understanding and guidance.
Smart Routing is the technology we’re developing to automatically find the most efficient path for every transaction. It analyzes multiple networks, protocols, and liquidity pools in real time, selecting the combination that provides the best balance of cost, speed, and security. The user doesn’t need to manage this manually — the system does it transparently and autonomously.
The second layer is the AI Assistant — a tool that organizes data, translates complex processes into simple language, and suggests possible actions to the user. Over time, it will evolve into a personal AI DeFi advisor — analyzing user behavior, drawing insights from the market, and proposing actions that help operate faster, cheaper, and safer.
The goal isn’t to automate decision-making but to intelligently support the user — making DeFi truly understandable and accessible.
5. For newcomers interested in DeFi, what would be the best way to start engaging with Screx’s ecosystem?&nbsp;&nbsp;
Anyone who has ever tried entering DeFi knows the feeling — excitement mixed with confusion. Too many tools, too little trust, and too many steps to figure out on your own. It’s not a technological barrier — it’s a user experience barrier.
Screx is being built to remove exactly that. Not by oversimplifying everything into one button, but by creating an environment that explains, guides, and protects the user at every stage. We want newcomers to feel like they’re entering a space that understands their needs, not an experimental lab.
The best way to start is simply to join in — become part of our community (<a href="https://linktr.ee/screx.com" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">linktr.ee/screx.com</a>), follow the project’s development, ask questions, and participate in building it. Right now, the SCRX token presale is taking place on the Gems.vip platform — and it’s more than just a token sale. It’s an invitation for those who want to be part of this transformation from the very beginning, before Screx becomes a public tool for the entire industry.
We’re building a space where trust, simplicity, and security come together. It’s not just about technology — it’s about creating something that truly works for people. And this journey begins right here, with the presale.
&nbsp;
6. You have recently stated, “We’re not competing with protocols, we’re designing a framework that lets them finally work together.” Could you elaborate on how Screx enables this cooperation?From day one, we believed that DeFi doesn’t need another protocol — it needs a structure that allows existing ones to work together. Each of these projects contributes something valuable — some build liquidity, others lending mechanisms, others security layers. The problem is that these layers currently exist side by side but don’t communicate automatically.
Screx creates an integration framework where these protocols can cooperate within a single, organized environment. It’s not about replacing anything — it’s about building a bridge, a system that can connect, manage value flow, and communicate across chains in real time.
This type of collaboration is not only technological but also strategic. DeFi is maturing, and with that maturity comes the need for standardization, security, and interoperability. That’s exactly what we aim to achieve — a neutral layer where protocols can coexist, cooperate, and drive the industry forward together.
&nbsp;
7. Screx recently partnered with Gems.vip for its presale, a platform known for raising over $200 million for Web3 projects. What does this partnership signify for Screx’s credibility and growth?&nbsp;&nbsp;
For us, this partnership is much more than just a presale venue. Gems.vip is one of the largest fundraising platforms in Web3, but its true value lies in the standards and the verification process every project must pass before being listed.
Every project on Gems goes through technological, operational, and legal evaluation before reaching the sale stage. That means Screx has been vetted by industry leaders — from tokenomics and security mechanisms to regulatory compliance. And it’s that verification, not just the listing itself, that we consider the real mark of quality.
From a business perspective, Gems also provides global reach and full operational infrastructure — access to an international community of investors, communication channels, expertise, and scaling support. This allows us not only to raise funds but to build brand awareness and trust from the early stages.
In short, our partnership with Gems.vip confirms that Screx meets the highest industry standards and is ready to scale globally. It’s not the beginning of our story — it’s the moment our credibility was validated by the market. &nbsp;
8. How are you leveraging the momentum of the presale and growing investor interest to build long-term trust and presence in the global Web3 community?&nbsp;&nbsp;
For us, the presale isn’t just a fundraising phase — it’s the foundation for building trust, narrative, and community. The way a project runs its presale tells you a lot about how it will operate later.
From the start, we’ve emphasized transparency and open communication. Every stage of the sale is public, prices and timelines are clearly defined, and investors have access to all project documentation, including the blackpaper and tokenomics.
This approach not only builds trust but attracts people who want to participate in something credible, not just short-lived. At the same time, we use this phase to build relationships, not just transactions. We engage directly with community leaders, partners, and presale participants, collecting feedback and treating this process as part of laying the foundation — not the finish line.
We believe that in Web3, trust isn’t built through marketing campaigns but through consistency. That’s why the presale is just the beginning — a moment where we show how we work, how we communicate, and how we plan to build a project that lasts long after the presale ends.
&nbsp;
9. What accomplishments or validation are you most proud of since Screx’s launch and presale kickoff?
Our biggest achievement isn’t in numbers — it’s in how the market has responded. We started with a simple idea — to unify the fragmented DeFi ecosystem — but the response we received proved it’s not just our vision, it’s an industry-wide need.
For us, validation comes from three things. First, the engagement of leaders and partners who joined early and decided to actively support Screx’s growth. Second, the reaction of the community, which continues to expand and contribute not as observers, but as co-creators. And third, the partnership with Gems.vip, which confirmed that we’ve passed full technological and operational verification, placing us among projects with true global potential.
Together, these factors prove we’re on the right path — that Screx isn’t just an idea but a growing movement toward a unified, integrated, and secure DeFi environment. We’re still at the beginning of this journey, but the most important thing has already happened — we’ve been noticed, and we’ve earned trust.
&nbsp;
10. What future developments, product updates, or expansions are planned to further realize Screx’s mission of simplifying and connecting DeFi?&nbsp;&nbsp;
At this stage, our focus is on building the infrastructure that connects the fragmented elements of DeFi into one cohesive environment. This is a period of intensive conceptual and technological work — we’re developing the architecture of Smart Routing, AI-powered analytics modules, and advanced layers of security and privacy.
In parallel, we’re creating an open API and developer toolkit that will allow external applications and protocols to integrate seamlessly without needing modification. At the same time, we’re expanding partnerships with leading DeFi protocols and EVM networks to make Screx accessible wherever users already operate.
We’re also growing our global footprint — strengthening our affiliate structure and working with KOLs and ecosystem partners to reach diverse markets and user segments. It’s an organic way of building reach and trust — through people who truly understand DeFi and want to help create something of lasting value.
We’re not aiming to become “just another app.” Our mission is to build the technological foundation that allows DeFi to evolve faster, operate more efficiently, and finally make sense — for users and for the industry as a whole.
