uTrade

As algorithms continue to move faster than the average human, uTrade is pioneering a new kind of trading revolution that promotes participation. Its Future Grind Bots merged with profit-sharing NFTs and a deflationary UTT token are designed to allow users to observe and share in proceeds.

uTrade aims to combine the precision of AI, the transparent nature of blockchain technology, and the economics of collective ownership into a single project.

AI-Driven Grid Bots

uTrade’s core feature is its AI-driven grid bots that are designed mainly to generate profit from relentless efficiency and market volatility. These Future Grind Bots analyze market structures, seamlessly adapting their grid spacing and order execution to trending and sideways conditions. Each bot runs in three modes; long, short, and neural, and is built to automatically adjust risk exposure as volatility shifts. This eliminates emotions, guaranteeing that all decisions made are purely based on insights and data received.

Through a direct integration with Pionex, a popular grid-bot exchange, uTrade ensures that control and security remain in users’ hands. Each trader has full custody of their assets, and while uTrade provides the optimized strategies and configurations, the execution process happens in the trader’s personal account. This integration delivers retail autonomy and institutional-grade automation.

NFT-based Structured Profit Sharing

uTrade takes things up a notch, extending participation through NFT-based sharing of profits. Its uShark NFT is the key to the ecosystem—it is your certificate to the project’s collective success.

The uShark NFT collection is a representation of valuable ownership shares in the trading pool. Each NFT carries a fixed number of shares:

Bronze NFT = 1 Share

Silver NFT = 2 Shares

Gold NFT = 4 Shares

The total pool is capped at 8,000, no more, no less. Each quarter, 50% of the total net profits generated from the trading machine are deposited into the Profit Distribution pool, and subsequently distributed to users in direct proportion to their Shares count. The calculation is simple: the value of 1 Share multiplied by the number you have. For instance, a Gold NFT holder earns four times the payout of a Bronze holder. uTrade’s model guarantees fairness and allows you to link your potential passive income to the project's performance. In addition to the 50% deposited to the Profit Distribution pool, the remainder of the profits are used to reward the team, reserved for start-up treasury, and are used to burn USHARK/UTT tokens.

The proceeds from NFT sales are also structured to maintain a level of fairness.

75% fuels the trading pool that generates the profits that you receive

15% goes to infrastructural developments. uTrade invests in speed, scalability, and security to maintain a technological edge

10% flows into operations, enabling the smooth 24/7 running of the ecosystem

This structured design creates a circular economy where NFT sales fund trading pools, trading yields profits, profits reward NFT holders, and rewards improve the NFTs’ intrinsic value.

The Deflationary UTT Token

The uTrade Token (UTT) functions as the backbone of the ecosystem. Designed for sustainable growth, stability, and fairness, it is permanently capped at 50 million, inscribing scarcity and potential value retention into its DNA.

UTT blends utility and deflation through carefully defined and transparent tokenomics:

45% for Treasury

15% for Marketing

15% for Liquidity

10% for Staking Rewards

5% for the Team

4% for Airdrops

3% for Presale 2

2% for Presale 1

1% for Whitelist

UTT’s utility is in two dimensions: staking and fee reduction. Holders can stake tokens for passive income, actively reducing the circulating supply and strengthening the price. They will also enjoy reduced fees, exclusive benefits, and significant discounts just for holding UTT.

From Technology to Partnership

According to audit reports from SolidProof Audits, UTT’s contract mint authority is permanently revoked, meaning that no new tokens can be created in the future. Additionally, the code is non-upgradeable and cannot blacklist wallets. Its KYC verification further adds another layer of credibility and security to the ecosystem, contributing greatly to creating a transparent foundation for the project's bold ambition.

By merging these elements—AI grid bots, NFTs, and a deflationary token—uTrade is pioneering a philosophical shift. Instead of treating users like customers, it invites them to become partners in its financial engine where collective ownership is the future.
