ARK (ARK DeFAI), the emerging civilization protocol integrating artificial intelligence with decentralized finance, has officially announced the launch of its DAO Governance System, scheduled to go live on October 12, 2025, at 07:00 UTC.
This milestone marks ARK’s transition into a new epoch of AI x DAO Co-Governance, advancing from algorithmic mechanisms to a collective intelligence–driven governance model.
Since its launch, ARK has been built upon a modular economic architecture powered by an AI decision-making engine — continuously advancing its vision of a “civilization protocol.”
The introduction of DAO governance signifies a profound shift of power within the ecosystem: each staked $ARK token will now represent a governance unit, granting holders the right to propose, vote, and shape the evolution of the protocol itself.
From Mechanism-Driven to Intelligence-Governed
The implementation of DAO governance transforms ARK’s framework from static mechanisms to AI-assisted intelligent governance.
Through its built-in Consensus AI Layer, the system continuously monitors voting participation, policy simulations, and risk indicators — providing neutral decision recommendations and early warnings to the DAO.
Final resolutions are then executed on-chain, transparently and autonomously, through community consensus.
This pioneering architecture positions ARK among the first protocols to deeply integrate AI-based decision modeling with on-chain governance, establishing a dual-core system where “policy insights emerge from models, while decisions are executed by citizens.”

“Decentralization is not the absence of power — it is the universalization of participation,” said Carmelo Ippolito, Chairman of the ARK DAO Governance Council. “Through DAO governance, we reinforce ARK’s founding principle: enabling systems to self-calculate fairness, empowering citizens to co-govern, and allowing equity to emerge from logic — not authority.”

Toward a Self-Evolving Civilization Protocol
This governance launch follows the deployment of ARK’s core economic modules — including EM (Emission Manager), RBS (Range Bound Stabilizer), YRF (Yield Revenue Feedback), MCL (Mint Cap Limit), and RCM (Runway Control Module).
Together, these modules uphold the protocol’s long-term economic stability.
Now, with the addition of the DAO layer, ARK introduces a new “governance soul” — one that merges self-evolution with collective intelligence.
By combining democratic consensus, intelligent decision-making, and full-chain transparency, ARK elevates traditional DeFi automation into a true autonomous civilization — a digital society capable of self-monitoring, self-correction, and continuous evolution.
Community Participation and the Next Phase of Human–AI Co-Governance
According to the announcement, the DAO Governance interface will officially open on October 12 at 07:00 UTC, inviting all eligible stakers to participate in the inaugural proposals.
The first round of voting will focus on protocol parameter adjustments and treasury optimization, setting the foundation for future on-chain governance cycles.
At the same time, ARK will integrate its Community Governance System directly into the DAO structure, introducing a bottom-up model of civic participation.
Through community workshops, regional councils, and localized node proposals, citizens around the world will be able to submit and vote on governance recommendations, which will then be aggregated and executed by the DAO.
This multi-layered system — combining AI guidance, citizen voting, and community consensus — marks the full realization of Human–AI Co-Governance, where AI functions as the rational executor and citizens remain the decision-making core of the on-chain civilization.
About ARK DeFAI
ARK is the world’s first AI-integrated modular DeFi civilization protocol, deployed on the BNB Chain.
Its economic foundation is built upon five key modules — EM, RBS, YRF, MCL, and RCM — supported by two structural pillars: POL (Protocol-Owned Liquidity) and ATS (ARK Treasury System).
At the heart of its governance lies the Consensus AI Layer, which serves as the protocol’s neural engine for decision modeling and risk intelligence.
Since its Genesis launch in 2025, ARK has pursued the creation of a sustainable, self-evolving, and manipulation-resistant financial civilization, powered by modular economics, decentralized governance, and AI-assisted intelligence.
