The cautious return of market makers, coupled with the weekend closure of the ETF markets and liquidity squeeze, suggests a gradual recovery is anticipated.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify">Amid the liquidation frenzy, Bitcoin fell by 8.5% within 24 hours, and the index reflecting the performance of the top 20 cryptocurrencies dropped by 12.75%. While net long positions remain high, they haven’t yet reached extreme levels.</p> 
<p style="text-align: justify">In the cryptocurrency market, the formation of a low is expected to take time. The narrowing of liquidity channels, absence of ETF activity over the weekend, and market makers’ cautious risk approach suggest a gradual recovery.</p> 
<p style="text-align: justify">Additionally, the re-escalation of U.S.-China trade tensions might elevate risk premiums, possibly delaying the search for a bottom. In such scenarios, a slowdown in rallies of gold-pegged assets could help moderately balance volatility across cryptocurrencies.</p>
