AGLD has formed a structured long setup after price action swept below last week’s low, clearing weaker positions and preparing for a bullish continuation move. The strategy focuses on liquidity, market structure, and the fair value gap for entry opportunities.

According to a post by analyst Crypto Patel, AGLD recently dropped below last week’s low of around 0.531 USDT. This movement was described as a liquidity sweep, where stop losses from weaker positions were targeted, creating space for stronger accumulation. The sweep signals that institutional players may have absorbed selling pressure.

Following the sweep, a Market Structure Shift (MSS) has been confirmed. This technical shift suggests the previous bearish pattern is broken and momentum is shifting in favor of buyers. A confirmed MSS often indicates that demand is taking control after a downtrend, improving the probability of an upward continuation.

With this structural change, the recent market action aligns with a bullish setup where liquidity grabs serve as the base for recovery. The price movement indicates smart money positioning itself for a stronger directional play toward key resistance levels.

Fair Value Gap Provides Entry Opportunity

Another focal point of the analysis is the Fair Value Gap (FVG). The zone between $0.54 and $0.56 is identified as a critical retracement area. This zone was created after a rapid upward movement left an imbalance, signaling an area where price could return to stabilize before continuing higher.

Traders often consider the FVG as a low-risk entry area since the price tends to revisit these zones before resuming its trajectory. Crypto Patel emphasized this approach in the trading plan, recommending patience for a retracement before positioning long.

Positioning within this zone also provides the advantage of placing tight stop losses just below the previous week’s low. This allows traders to manage risk effectively while targeting higher liquidity levels.

Previous Week’s High as Target Level

The analysis sets the previous week’s high, near $0.674, as the logical liquidity target. This level represents an area where profit-taking from earlier short positions may emerge, creating a natural point of resistance for the next upward move.

Traders monitoring the setup view this high as the near-term objective, aligning the strategy with favorable risk-to-reward conditions. The plan combines entry around the FVG with stops below the prior low and targets near last week’s peak.

This approach integrates multiple technical factors, including liquidity grabs, market structure confirmation, and fair value imbalances. Together, they create a coherent strategy designed for structured long positioning in AGLD.
