AlphaTON Capital has secured $71 million to strengthen its role in the Telegram ecosystem. The Nasdaq-listed firm confirmed the financing included a $36.2 million private placement and a $35 million loan facility with BitGo Prime.

From these funds, AlphaTON deployed $30 million into TON tokens, establishing itself as one of the network’s largest global holders.
CEO Brittany Kaiser described the moment as a “pivotal step” for the company. “We’re not just building a treasury; we’re investing in the infrastructure that will empower billions of users to truly own their digital life,” she said.

Positioning for Growth

The new TON treasury will allow AlphaTON to participate in staking and network validation, generating yield and reinforcing its balance sheet. The company also plans to back projects within Telegram’s fast-growing mini app ecosystem.
Executive Chairman Enzo Villani called the move “just the beginning,” adding that AlphaTON’s position now allows it to benefit from “every layer of growth within the TON ecosystem, from infrastructure to applications to user adoption.”
The firm aims to grow its TON holdings to $100 million before the end of 2025.

Telegram’s Expanding Ecosystem

The TON blockchain has seen strong momentum since its deeper integration with Telegram earlier this year. With more than one billion active users, Telegram provides a massive entry point for decentralized applications.
AlphaTON’s strategy focuses on three pillars: building a long-term TON reserve, earning yield through validation and staking, and investing in high-potential mini apps and DeFi protocols.

Led by Brittany Kaiser and backed by advisors including Anthony Scaramucci and Michael Terpin, AlphaTON is positioning itself at the center of what it calls “the convergence of social media and blockchain.”
As the TON ecosystem matures, AlphaTON’s treasury-first approach gives it both financial firepower and early exposure to Telegram’s Web3 ambitions.
