Swarm Network

Swarm Network announced today that its native $TRUTH token is set to launch on October 1st, 2025, bringing a fresh approach to how online information gets verified and trusted.
The Token Generation Event (TGE) marks a turning point for Swarm, which has been quietly building momentum with millions of on-chain claim verifications and over 10,000 agent licenses sold during its testing phase. With 10 billion tokens entering circulation, the platform is ready to scale its vision of making truth verification a community effort rather than leaving it in the hands of a few tech giants.
What makes this approach unique from other similar crypto ventures is that it isn't trying to replace traditional fact-checkers with another centralized system; instead, it's spreading responsibility across thousands of AI agents and human reviewers who can work together to verify independent claims, with each verification being recorded on-chain (creating a transparent trail anyone can check). On the development, Yannick Myson, Swarm Network’s CEO recently opined:
"We believe truth should be infrastructure open, verifiable, and owned by the people. With $TRUTH going live, we're not just launching a token, we're launching a new foundation for information integrity online. Swarm is how we fight misinformation at scale, by aligning incentives, distributing power, and giving everyone the tools to verify for themselves."
The token itself powers everything within the Swarm ecosystem, with users being able to stake $TRUTH to back agent clusters for data authentication purposes. In return, these agents can earn rewards, creating an economy where getting facts right pays off tangibly.
Such a model lies in stark contrast to the current online landscape, where sensational content often beats accurate reporting.
In all of this, early supporters won't be left out as agent license holders and users from the rollup testing phase can claim airdrops through platforms like KuCoin, with extra rewards for those who act quickly. Beyond the initial distribution, token holders can also jump into governance decisions, participate in verification campaigns like Rollup Season 3, and provide liquidity as new features roll out.
Adding momentum to the launch, Binance has announced that $TRUTH will debut on its Binance Alpha platform on October 1 at 8:00 a.m. ET, with the TRUTH/USDT perpetual contract trading (offering up to 50x leverage) scheduled to begin at 8:30 a.m. ET the same day.
The team also has ambitious plans for what comes next. For starters, they're preparing to release the ‘Agent BUIDL’ Platform, which lets anyone create AI verification modules without requiring any prior coding skills.
Similarly, an ‘Agent Marketplace’ is also in the works, where these clusters can sell their services to other platforms and protocols. The popular Rollup.News service is also set to expand beyond its current tech news limitations into finance, politics, and election coverage.
Lastly, owing to the fact that network safety measures are built into the platform from the get go, participants need to stake tokens for certain activities, so as to maintain output quality and prevent spam from permeating the ecosystem.
Basically the system rewards long-term participation and careful verification over quick, careless judgments. In essence, unlike rigid blockchain projects that struggle to adapt, Swarm's framework is designed to expand and meet any future challenges without requiring a complete overhaul.
