Emily Bao, Head of Spot Trading at Bybit, joins Mantle's advisory board to enhance integration with Bybit, focusing on on-chain finance infrastructure and MNT utilities.
The collaboration signals deeper Bybit and Mantle alignment, expanding MNT's use and liquidity, with immediate impacts on institutional-grade DeFi product offerings and strategic growth.
Emily Bao, Head of Spot Trading at Bybit, joins Mantle as an advisor. She aims to enhance <a href="https://www.prnewswire.com/news-releases/bybit-presents-mantle-O-bybit-roadmap-expanding-mnt-utilities-and-vision-for-mass-adoption-302542828.html" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">integration with Bybit</a> by expanding on-chain finance infrastructure and MNT utility across various DeFi products.
Alongside Emily Bao, Bybit Co-CEO Helen Liu also joins <a href="https://group.mantle.xyz/blog/announcements/mantle-welcomes-bybit-luminaries-to-advisory-board" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Mantle's advisory board</a>. This move highlights an alignment between Bybit and Mantle, focusing on accelerating Layer 2 infrastructure and positioning MNT as a bridge between Web2 and Web3.
MNT's value surged by 90% following the appointments and increased integration efforts with Bybit. This significant rise is attributed to strategic perception and new product-driven inflows.
Financial implications include Bybit's launch of a MiCA-compliant MNT staking pool in the EU, offering a 36% APR for regulated investors. This aligns with Mantle's roadmap towards deeper ecosystem partnerships and fair asset discovery.
The appointments and strategic moves signal a new chapter for Mantle in on-chain finance, particularly with institutional-grade solutions.
These developments are expected to improve institutional liquidity and trading options, complementing the broader Mantle ecosystem. Historical trends suggest such exchange-ecosystem integrations boost both market and technological advancements.
<blockquote>
 “Their support accelerates Mantle’s mission to build the future of onchain finance — open, liquid, and institutional-grade. We’re excited to have their strategic guidance as we scale.”
