Crypto Charts @Cryptokartha shared that NEAR is testing a decisive resistance area, with a breakout likely to spark further upside momentum. The chart illustrates how NEAR has transitioned from a prolonged descending channel into a tightening formation with higher lows.

Earlier this year, NEAR faced continuous pressure, recording lower highs and lower lows that pushed it into oversold regions. Stability formed around the $2 zone, where buyers began to build a foundation, gradually reversing the downward cycle. This period of base-building laid the groundwork for the current bullish pattern.

The latest move saw NEAR challenge its upper resistance line, signaling the potential for a sustained rally. If the breakout continues with adequate volume, the next projected range could extend toward $4.50–$5.00, representing nearly 79% growth from the breakout level.

Rising Volume and Market Confidence

As of writing, NEAR is trading at almost $2.90, and the last 24-hour trading volume is over $290M with a 6.93% 1-day gain. This growth of over 56 percent in volume attests to great market engagement, and this provision is vital in confirming a continuation of bullishness.

The resistance area of more than $2.75-$2.80 is also worth noting since an upward movement has been consistently pushing back in the recent weeks. With the barrier cleared, the former ceiling is likely to transform into a supportive level for further price strength.

Market capitalization has now reached $3.62B, placing NEAR within the top 40 digital assets. With $1.24B tokens circulating, the broader market structure suggests capacity for further growth if the breakout sustains.

Short-Term Structure and Sentiment

The chart now reflects an ascending structure with higher lows forming since mid-September. The breakout candle lifting NEAR above $2.80 was backed by volume, a classic sign of buyers regaining control and reducing downside pressure.

Community data from over 100K votes reveals 86% bullish sentiment against 14% bearish. Such confidence is supportive for near-term growth, though profit-taking phases could occur after steep advances. Monitoring price stability around $2.80–$2.85 will be essential to confirm sustained strength.

CryptoTycoon also flagged the breakout, pointing to the strength shown by buyers. The analysis reinforced the case that if current support levels hold, NEAR could move toward the $3.50–$4.50 zone, aligning with the broader bullish setup.
