Worldcoin is navigating a critical support area as traders weigh short-term price structure against broader market dynamics. Recent data shows declining activity while analysts highlight both bullish opportunities and risks tied to a confirmed channel breakdown.

MindX (@Mind_XXXXX) described the current WLD/USDT chart as a phased sequence. The analyst noted an initial surge, a sharp peak, and consolidation above blue support. According to this view, the $1.55–$1.60 range remains the central level to monitor.

The earlier spike represented aggressive buying pressure and left a liquidity gap beneath. Since then, WLD has retraced into a sideways coil, marked by declining volume. This thinning activity is often seen when the market absorbs prior moves before deciding on direction.

Two scenarios are evident on the chart. A bullish breakout above recent highs could push WLD toward $2.00, with extended targets near $2.40–$2.50. On the other hand, a failure at support may trigger sharp declines due to the untested lower base.

Market Data and Supply Dynamics

At the time of writing, WLD trades at $1.51, reflecting a 3.14% daily decline. Market capitalization stands at $3.09 billion, while fully diluted valuation reaches $15.18 billion. This gap indicates many tokens remain locked and may enter circulation in the future.

Circulating supply is currently $2.03 billion WLD out of a total $10 billion. This structure introduces long-term headwinds, as unlocks could place selling pressure on the market. Traders often watch these factors to assess potential dilution risk.

Daily trading activity has cooled with 24-hour volume near $329 million, a 36.83% decrease. The current volume-to-market cap ratio is 10.67%, reflecting turnover but signaling reduced momentum compared to earlier surges.

Bearish Channel Formation

HolderStat noted that WLD is trading inside a descending channel with lower highs and lower lows defining the pattern. Each bounce has been capped by the upper boundary, reinforcing persistent selling pressure throughout the recent decline.

Price recently touched the channel’s lower support line following a gradual bleed from previous highs. Traders monitoring this zone may look for relief rallies, although the structure remains corrective without a confirmed breakout.

In case WLD continues with the support of $1.50, a short term recovery to the range of $1.55-1.60 is possible. A clean breakdown less than $1.50 may however reveal a liquidity gap that may pull price to the lower level of $1.40 and below.
