 <li>Investor protections within the proposed ETF structure</li>

<p>This process gives both the public and industry stakeholders a chance to weigh in before a final decision is made.</p> 
<p>Under federal law, the SEC has up to 240 days to approve, reject, or request changes to the application.</p>
