“BlackRock sounds the quantum alarm: is Bitcoin ready?” This phrase resonates as a major warning for the crypto world. The asset management giant reveals a growing threat: quantum computing. This emerging technology could eventually compromise the cryptography protecting Bitcoin. Despite this warning, Bitcoin ETFs continue to attract record inflows, a sign that confidence remains strong. Meanwhile, Naoris Protocol establishes itself as the native post-quantum response, already deployed to protect Web3 and Web2 infrastructures. This advancement prepares the ecosystem for a future where quantum power will no longer be just a theory but a reality.

The Quantum Shock Explained

On May 9, 2025, BlackRock sounded a deafening alarm in its regulatory filing IBIT, declaring the quantum threat to Bitcoin no longer theoretical but imminent. Classical algorithms like Shor and Grover are on the verge of breaking private keys, with some experts projecting this could happen within 18-24 months. “We are standing at the precipice of a crypto apocalypse,” warns Dr. Elena Vertsova, quantum physics pioneer at MIT. “The quantum storm isn’t coming—it’s already here, and most blockchains are woefully unprepared.” Recent breakthroughs at Google, IBM, and Chinese research facilities have accelerated the timeline dramatically, making this existential risk to transaction security more immediate than previously thought.

Moreover, despite this threat, Bitcoin ETFs continue to attract significant investments, highlighting a paradox between fear and appetite. James Seyffart, analyst at Bloomberg Intelligence, sums up this stance:

“They will report everything that can go wrong.“

This caution is part of a strategy aiming to anticipate tomorrow’s major challenges while maintaining investor confidence.

Naoris: The Native Counterattack

In response, Naoris Protocol offers a native and scalable defense. Its Sub-Zero layer integrates the post-quantum algorithm Dilithium-5 without requiring hard forks or complex migrations. This “bolt-on” technology strengthens cryptographic signatures and secures devices.

Furthermore, Naoris deploys PQ-Signed Transactions, ensuring post-quantum resistance for blockchains without the need for hard forks or operational disruption. The protocol also combines dPoSec, a decentralized validation system, and Swarm AI, an intelligent monitoring network. Together, these innovations protect transactions, private keys and infrastructures, enhancing overall resilience.

Additionally, this solution applies to both Web3 and Web2 physical infrastructures, making it unique and ready to counter imminent quantum risks.

Technical Focus and Use Cases

PQ-Signed Transactions integration can be completed in just 48 hours on any EVM-compatible blockchain. Besides securing DEXs, bridges, and validators through its Trust Mesh, Naoris targets key Web2 sectors such as the Internet of Things (IoT), smart cities, fintech, and healthcare — all benefiting from essential post-quantum protection.

This continuous security meets ever-stricter compliance requirements. To date, Naoris counts over 14 million wallets, 1.1 million secured nodes, and has validated more than 133 million PQ transactions on its testnet. This traction demonstrates operational maturity and real adoption in crypto and beyond.

Public Sale Today: What You Need to Know

The Naoris Protocol public sale, live at 8:00am UTC, offers a unique opportunity for investors to join the front line of post-quantum defense. This phase aims to build a strong, engaged community around a key future technology. It also effectively prepares the ground ahead of the Token Generation Event (TGE) planned for mid-June.

Mid-June TGE in Brief

The Token Generation Event (TGE) is planned for mid-June 2025. It will mark the official token distribution to public sale participants. The TGE will be followed by an airdrop and mainnet launch scheduled for Q3. This phase is crucial to consolidate the ecosystem and widely deploy post-quantum solutions. Early investors will play a key role in this technological transition.
