We’ve changed. Well, to be fair, everything around us has changed, pushing us to rethink who we are. Not our core identity, exactly, but the way we show and express our mission. “Giving you the full picture” was spot-on before. But the internet today feels different. It demands a clearer stance. Something deeper, more resonant.
AI is everywhere. It’s making the internet infinite, frictionless, and basically free. Sam Altman calls it creating "economies of pure abundance." Sounds pretty amazing, right? But abundance brings something else with it. Everything starts to feel fleeting, disposable, replaceable. It's getting harder to trust anything digital. Harvard’s Latanya Sweeney even predicted that soon, 90% of the content we see online could be AI-generated. That's wild and, honestly, kind of unsettling.
This endless flood of synthetic content isn't just overwhelming, it makes us ask a fundamental question: what stays human in all this? Think about iconic moments from history, like Neil Armstrong stepping onto the moon. Moments with deep, undeniable human resonance, etched forever into our collective memory. As the internet fills up with more and more AI-generated stuff, our craving for things that are real and lasting only gets stronger.

Credibility is tougher to build now. People, brands, communities, everyone's grown suspicious. How do we know what's genuine?
So, what's next?
Here’s an idea, maybe the future isn't purely AI-driven or purely human-made. Maybe it's collaborative. The internet might end up belonging to those who can clearly, simply prove provenance. We'll need new systems that reveal the truth behind content: Who made it? How was it created? Human, AI, or both?
We don't have all the answers yet. And honestly, perhaps questions are exactly what we need more of right now. Good questions open our minds, challenge our assumptions, and surface deeper truths.
The internet’s future could be abundant but still authentic. Frictionless, yet trustworthy. AI-powered, yet deeply human. Sure, it sounds paradoxical, but maybe that’s exactly the point.
Because in an ocean of abundance, authenticity becomes priceless.
