Following Farina’s post, several members of the XRP community shared their thoughts. An X user, C4, <a href="https://x.com/edward_farina/status/1901422346503876750" class="broken_link">responded</a>, “It’s a commercial from December. Check their page it’s literally pinned.” This led to further scrutiny regarding the ad’s actual release date. 
As Times Tabloid examined, the commercial was originally <a href="https://x.com/Ripple/status/1869011382852878592" class="broken_link">posted</a> on Ripple’s official X account alongside an announcement regarding its <a href="https://timestabloid.com/ripples-rlusd-is-now-trading-globally-heres-where-you-can-buy/">stablecoin, RLUSD</a>. 
The post read: “Ripple USD (RLUSD) is now live on global exchanges. An enterprise-grade stablecoin built for everyone, $RLUSD combines fiat stability with blockchain efficiency: Instant global payments, 24/7, Seamless on/off ramps, Access value in real-world assets.”

The examination confirmed that the ad was posted in December 2024 as part of Ripple’s promotion of RLUSD. The pinned post on Ripple’s X account corroborated this information, indicating that the commercial was not newly released but rather part of an earlier campaign. 
Despite this, the resurgence of the advertisement has reignited discussions about Ripple’s marketing efforts and ongoing developments within the XRP ecosystem. Some community members interpreted the renewed attention as a sign of increased <a href="https://timestabloid.com/one-of-the-best-ripple-ad-campaigns-its-happening-now/">promotional activity by Ripple</a>, while others questioned why it was being reshared as though it were a new release. 
The circulation of Ripple’s XRP commercial, initially shared by Edo Farina as a new release, was later identified as part of a prior campaign from December 2024.
