Bloomberg analysts estimate a 75% chance of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) approving a spot Dogecoin ETF this year, with the regulator expected to start the process this week by acknowledging applications for DOGE ETFS from Grayscale and Bitwise.
Bloomberg ETF analyst James Seyffart made the prediction in a post on X on Feb. 10, adding that he and colleague Eric Balchunas estimate the odds of approval for spot Litecoin, Solana and XRP ETFs at 90%, 70%, and 65%, respectively.

The prospect of a spot Dogecoin ETF being approved for trading in the US seemed far-fetched before Donald Trump’s return to the White House.
But his decisive election victory is reshaping the crypto landscape, while the appointment of DOGE cheerleader Elon Musk as a key aide at the newly created Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) can only be good news for the largest meme coin by market capitalization.

That said, the Bloomberg analysts said that the chances of a spot Litecoin ETF being approved this year are higher than for a Dogecoin ETF. That’s mainly because S-1 and 19b-4 forms have already been filed and acknowledged by the SEC for its application.
They say that the SEC likely sees both Litecoin and Dogecoin as commodities rather than securities, helping smooth the way for their approval. XRP lags behind because of ongoing legal issues with the SEC, the analysts said.
The final deadline for the SEC to decide on the LTC, SOL, XRP and DOGE ETF applications is between Oct. 2 and Oct. 18 this year.

That may raise all boats. In such an environment, which other cryptos might benefit the most? According to some analysts, the following crypto projects are well positioned to ride the upside of a likely Dogecoin ETF approval.

BTC Bull (BTCBULL)

BTC Bull is a new meme coin project that is taking the crypto world by storm. After making its way onto Best Wallet’s “Upcoming Tokens” section just yesterday, the project has already raised more than $510k, signaling strong investor confidence in the project’s future.

Perhaps what has investors so excited at this early stage is the fact that BTC Bull is the first meme coin that rewards holders with free Bitcoin. Each BTC airdrop is triggered when the leading crypto reaches a new all-time high (ATH).
With US President Donald Trump’s vision for a national strategic BTC stockpile and the increased institutional adoption of the largest crypto by market cap, the outlook for the Bitcoin price has seldom been better.
In addition to airdropping free BTC to investors, BTCBULL will also undergo a token burn with each new ATH, making the meme coin more scarce and valuable.

Solaxy (SOLX)

Solaxy is another token that has experts excited because it is the first layer-2 scaling project focused on the Solana network. Popular crypto YouTube channel 99Bitcoins, with over 724K subscribers, has predicted that SOLX could surge 100X post-launch.
<iframe title="BEST 3 Meme Coins to Buy Now Before 2025?! The project will help the Solana network scale by processing transactions off of the main Solana network, bundle the transactions together, and then submit the batches of transactions to the SOL network for final verification and record keeping. This approach is similar to how Arbitrum (ARB) and Optimism (OP) interact with the Ethereum network.
Speaking of Ethereum, Solaxy will also bridge the Solana and Ethereum chains to create a new super Web3 ecosystem that is capable of meeting the growing demands of decentralized application and meme coin developers.
After combining these two chains, SOLX will be perfectly positioned as a primary transactional layer between two of the most prominent networks in the crypto space. This could lead to more demand for the token and subsequently drive up its price.

MIND Of Pepe (MIND)

Another token that might be the best crypto to buy now is MIND of Pepe, the first AI derivative of a major meme coin brand. Central to the project is a sophisticated AI agent that plugs into social platforms such as X and Discord. Once online, the agent performs hive-mind analysis to try and spot emerging trends in the crypto space.
After identifying a new trend that could lead to profitable trading opportunities, the AI agent then shares its insights with the MIND of Pepe community through token-gated groups. This powerful agent is also able to steer the narrative by engaging with influencers and Web3 community members online.
MIND tokens can also be staked for a huge 399% annual return.

Meme Index (MEMEX)

Meme Index is another innovative crypto project that offers investors the first-ever opportunity to invest in diversified baskets of meme coins.
The project offers 4 investment baskets, or indexes, to investors. Each of these baskets focus on certain meme coins and cater to different risk profiles. By purchasing MEMEX tokens, investors can unlock diversified exposure to meme coins and take on a level of risk they are okay with.
Holding MEMEX tokens also gives investors the opportunity to vote on which meme coins should go in each basket
