On December 2, Sirer confirmed that Avalanche had initiated discussions with the Trump administration, emphasizing a results-oriented approach. “You won’t see political connections flaunted on social media. Instead, you’ll see sudden results—Avalanche style,” Sirer remarked, boosting investor confidence.

Following the announcement, AVAX surged by 5%, reaching $47.17. The token traded between $43.91 and $48.98 throughout the day, with its 24-hour trading volume spiking by 151% to $1.83 billion.
The Trump administration’s crypto policy initiatives have also sparked movements in other cryptocurrencies. Speculation that Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse might be appointed as “Crypto Czar” has led to gains in XRP. Similarly, Avalanche’s discussions with the administration are seen as a positive signal for AVAX’s long-term prospects.

According to Dey There, Avalanche’s Avalanche9000 testnet upgrade further supports optimistic forecasts. Analysts believe the ongoing talks with the U.S. government could catalyze a sustained price increase for AVAX.

Community and Market Sentiment

The Avalanche community views these discussions as a pivotal step in bolstering AVAX’s value over the long term. Many see this move as a reflection of Avalanche’s ambition to position itself as a global leader in the crypto space.

As Avalanche strengthens its ties with the U.S. government, market participants are closely watching how these developments unfold. If successful, they could cement Avalanche’s status as a top contender in the blockchain and crypto sectors.
