<p>21Shares, the Swiss-based asset manager, has applied to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to launch a spot XRP ETF. Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse acknowledged the rising institutional interest in XRP ETFs and addressed the SEC’s repeated losses against crypto.</p>
