In a significant development within the cryptocurrency landscape, SingularityDAO, Cogito Finance, and SelfKey have come together to launch a groundbreaking initiative called “Singularity Finance.” This new project seeks to leverage the burgeoning artificial intelligence sector by creating a Layer-2 network designed for asset tokenization, particularly focusing on GPUs and integrating AI-driven financial instruments.

How Will Singularity Finance Be Structured?

The merger has attracted considerable industry interest, with plans to rebrand SelfKey’s existing token, KEY, to SFI, the new token for the initiative. Furthermore, the conversion rates have been set for tokens from SingularityDAO and Cogito Finance, with SDAO transitioning to SFI at a rate of 1:80,353 and CGV converting at 1:10.89. These rates may change following further discussions with stakeholders.

Is This Move Similar to Previous Collaborations?

This collaboration mirrors previous efforts by SingularityNET, which in June formed the Artificial Superintelligence Alliance (ASI) token with other AI-focused entities. The emergence of Singularity Finance from the same ecosystem indicates a strategic push towards consolidating resources and expertise within the AI and finance sphere.

Key conclusions from this merger include:

The establishment of a new framework for AI asset management.

Increased interest and investment in AI-driven financial solutions.

Potential for significant market impact and token appreciation.

Following the announcement, the SDAO token saw a notable price increase of over 10%, trading at $0.3215, while Cogito Finance’s CGV and SelfKey’s KEY also reported gains. This momentum suggests a positive market response to the innovative directions offered by Singularity Finance.
