 <li>Trading for the NEIROUSDT contract will open at 18:15 on the same day.</li>

 <li>MOODENGUSDT Perpetual Contract: MOODENG is a fan meme coin inspired by Moo Deng, a popular baby hippo from a Thai zoo. The coin has gained popularity due to its unique animal-themed branding.</li>
 <li>To ensure fair trading during launch, OKX will impose a temporary cap on funding fees for the MOODENGUSDT contract.</li>
 <li>From launch until 08:00 on October 4, 2024, the funding rate cap will be set at 0.03%. After this period, from 12:00 on October 4, 2024, the funding rate limit will return to the standard rate of 1.50%.</li>
