The American exchange Uphold sparked lively engagement on social media by asking the XRP community what they would do if XRP reached $1,000. The question quickly gained traction, with numerous X users enthusiastically sharing their thoughts and reactions. 
In an <a href="https://x.com/UpholdInc/status/1834602084328448400" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">X post</a> on September 13, Uphold encouraged a conversation about a hypothetical meteoric XRP price surge. The post from the platform’s official account engaged with the crypto community.&nbsp;

This question alone got close to 500,000 impressions in less than 24 hours. The XRP community shared various reactions and what they would do if the price of the token hit $1,000. 
A business consultant, Jack Claver <a href="https://x.com/beyond_broke/status/1834605676523389338" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">estimates</a>, that the more intensive work will begin when XRP reaches $1000. Some other users on X joked that they would take naps, buy cars or lie down on a beautiful beach. 
A financial blogger using the moniker WallStreetBulls <a href="https://x.com/w_thejazz/status/1834603578377539630" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">noted</a> that his strategy would be holding XRP for an extended period while building a business around the monetization of embedded use cases with an expansion on AI elements. 
Despite heavily positive remarks, some critics have stated that the XRP price has been less than a dollar for more than three years. They commented that before XRP’s price targets were set for $1,000, it must first go over $1. 
The current XRP’s price is at $0.5865, this would imply that the token price would have to jump by over 170,502.98% to reach $1000.

Between 2020 and 2021, Uphold made several inquiries asking for responses from XRP’s community on what they would do if the token’s price spiked to $1,000. Similar to now, multiple X users gave comical responses while others shared their plans to retire, travel, and buy holiday homes.&nbsp; 
For instance, Commenter Brilliant Stefan humorously said that if XRP hit $1,000, he would only keep a fraction of his earnings, give away 95% of his 5% share to charity, and spend the rest on a pack of cigarettes and a Pepsi. 
However, when Uphold began its inquiries, some mistook them for the platform’s prediction for future XRP prices. Uphold clarified that it doesn’t make crypto predictions.&nbsp;&nbsp;
