The notice foreshadows probable legal action and alleges that NFTs sold on the platform may be categorized as securities.</p>

<p>OpenSea CEO Devin Finzer revealed this news when the platform and, above all, the creators of digital content hosted by it seem to be in a situation of no return.</p>
