NFT token prices declines on Wednesday morning due to news that regulators are investigating OpenSea. The leading NFT company risks facing legal actions from the U. S authorities, which leads to market fluctuations.&nbsp; 
Therefore, there was another 5% decrease for Blur, bringing the total decrease to 10% within the last 24 hours. Further, Tensor, a token engaged within the Solana-based NFT marketplace, declined by 3%. Its total reduction was nearly 9% during the same period. 
Additionally, the overall index dropped by 4%, as the market responded to these changes. Notably, this decline started on Tuesday evening and accelerated further after the latest announcement from OpenSea.&nbsp; 
The CEO of the company stated that the platform had received a Wells notice from the United States Securities and Exchange Commission. This notice opposes the exclusion of digital arts sold on the marketplace from the designation of securities.&nbsp;
